- The Goccopro Digital Screen Maker Is amazing. First there was the GOCCOPRO 100 which is the best for high resolution digital screen print screens. Then there is this QS200 which has size on its side. Print an area up to 420 x 620 with 600dpi quality.

How do you ensure consistency on screen tension. This does not look dummy proof.
what in life is dummy proof? we have another frame that you can tension to higher levels which can help.
does the machine burn 2 or more colors? do you have video of that for us to see?

does it matter the direction the mesh sits on the frame? (coating on the bottom or on the top?)
the coating always goes to the garment you are printing with the rougher side having the ink and squeegee

May I know what material was placed on the aluminum frame? I mean the one you used to print on the shape you want to print on the t-shirt

This is nowhere meeting expectations to conventional type screening process. This mesh is one time affair, use it and trash it in bin. It's waste of money 💰 for periodically repeated orders this is not good option at all.
This is certainly a different type of set up and operation. Costs are different and I have always found them to compare favourably against traditional screen making, I agree you need to get your head around a different way of doing things and decide if the advantages of this system suit your needs and print shop
