Well good morning Linda from the USA I am so happy I found your podcast‼️ thank you for teaching us and sharing your blessed talent and I love your chuckle when you make an oops and we certainly all have those LOL😂❤
Sounds so delightful being warm and sunny on Christmas! But then I’d miss like normal a white Christmas. I really miss our old white Christmas days of when I was a kid
hi Cindy, I guess your normal is a cold christmas, where my normal has always been a hot one! LOL I remember as a kid being able to go outside on Christmas day and ride the new bike or roller skates you got for Christmas and play in the pool with your friends for the rest of the Christmas school holidays (6 weeks)! have a happy NY!
I'm so glad it helped Sarajane, I know right!? I have made oval links in the past that have turned out ok, but this one tops all of them! I hope you have a Happy New Year too! 🎉
Wow, this is a very pretty and surprisingly STRONG link, Linda! I had my doubts at first, when I watched you demonstrate, but no, and it goes fast too! Thanks for demonstrating and happy to see you after the break, I missed you! Xmas holiday was great and appears you had great fun and times with your family. Thank you always for your inspiration and teaching us new things!!! 🥰❤️✌️
You're so welcome Lauretta, I had a great christmas day with my family and I missed everyone too! I forgot to metion in the video how strong this link is and how fast it makes up😄It's my pleasure to share my knowledge with you all! have a great weekend and see you in the NY!
Very Nicely Done Linda!!!! Thanks so much!! I LOATHE making jump rings, but I would make them for this chain style..or not haha!! Beautiful how the links turn out when finished! Who Knew???🤔😉🤗😘 Wishing you a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous NEW YEAR to come!!!! All The Best! - Mindi in Iowa U.S.( no snow yet!!!!)
Hi Mindi, so nice to meet you! I have to be in the mood to make jump rings, I have days where I enjoy it and not so much other days! The end result of this chain was worth it! all the best to you for the NY too!
This link is superb Linda!!!! 🤩😍 I don't know how you do it week after week, but I'm sure glad you do! My chain link repertoire has grown expeditiously since you started making your link series tutorials and for that I thank you my friend! have a great week!😘
Lovely link, beautiful pendant & neck chain you're creating from this link love love Linda! Being outside in the sunshine sounds fantastic Happy New Year!💗
Thank you Cathy, I love Christmas here in Australia, it's wonderful to be able to spend the day in and around the pool sipping on a cold drink and enjoying the sunshine! I spent two Christmases in the states and a cold Christmas is not for me! LOL. I'm so glad you liked the necklace design! Happy New Year to you too!
What a wonderful easy way to make a gorgeous chain or bracelet. I am a beadweaver and haven't worked with wire much except for a little bit of wire wrapping with beads. I'm confused about what type of wire to purchase for a project like this. I am assuming dead soft wouldn't be a good choice. Exactly what type of wire are you using in this tutorial?
Hi Elizabeth, I am also a bead weaver, my first tutorials on TH-cam were about free-form bead weaving (you should take a look) if you're interested! I only work with dead soft copper wire, as you can work harden it by hammering it or putting it through a tumbler! I generally just use the tumbler as it removes the burs as well as hardening and also shines everthing up beautifully! I hope this helps? have a happy NY! see ya in 2025!
