bro, can you tell me my last CTC was 475000, 4.5 years experience and now I got selected in Accenture what will be CTC approx I did well in the interview and it was for query management, and how much will be in hand salary? I submitted the LOA on Saturday so when can I expect the offer letter and salary discussion? and which level i can expect and how much would be joining bonus?

In 2021, I joined a startup company, and they didn't offer me the Joining Bonus. I thought the joining bonus is given only in Product based companies. A few of my juniors who joined in 2022 have got the joining bonus of 1 Lakh. When I asked the HR team regarding this, they told me as I didn't ask them by myself, even they didn't offer me the Joining Bonus.
If they dint offer or talked about in an interview then you will not be getting

Hii mam i have doubt that in my offer letter they mentioned my joining bonus as 50k. I don't understand that along with the salary or its like 50k bonus as seperately
50k bonus as separately
Hi Mam ,How the joining bonus should be paid to Accenture as I'm leaving the company within 1 year. Either they will deduct from my salary or do I have to pay separately?
What ever the joining bonus amount is, if your salary and any other amount is pending with them then they will deduct from that but in case amount is not as much as required then you have to pay

In Accenture offer letter it is mentioned that I'll have to return joining bonus if leaving the company within a year. If I drop paper after 9-10 months and serve 3 months of notice period so in this case will I have to return joining bonus?
You have to ask your hr if they have included notice period or not

Don't wait and waste your time look for other opportunities till they respond back to you
As u said ... for ex I'm getting 4.5 lpa ,if I choose increase in CTC rather than bonus i will get tax deduction ryt cos the ctc will increase and for above 5lpa tax will be applied?
If you go for new regime till 7 lacs no tax
I myself got job offer within 2 days.
During 1st call from Accenture they told me that there will me a joining bonus of 1 lac plus. However HR told me that there will be NO joining bonus.

What if a company says they'll pay the joining bonus after we complete 1 year in the company? They say such words orally, but not in written format. Can we trust the company in such a case?
Orally said things should not be trusted get it written in mail or something

Depends on company policy if they include notice period then no else you have to pay

Not sure whether they accept notice period for joining bonus policy or not, you should check with your recruiter

Hi mam! I have got approved with all my tasks at June 20 and now even at July 22 present still i didn't receive my offer letter why is it soo....does it take this much late??even raised many queries it says it's under validation process, we update your status subsequently in this way......
Sometimes it takes more time but my suggestion is don't wait and waste your time look for other opportunities till they respond back to you

Only notice period pay out will be available that too if they tell you early via mail or call

Upload consolidated marks sheet like what you received in 8th sem i think that will have all the 3 to 8th sem marks right so that might be sufficient i guess

As per the terms they should pay you with first month salary itself, if you haven't received yet then ask your HR right away like why you haven't received your joining bonus along with your first salary
Hi, pls reply to my question: I'm in ACN and started working in Accenture in March 2021. Received joining bonus and want to leave the company but I will have to return the bonus amount. Because until March 2022 it won't be a year. Is it possible that I serve notice period starting from tomorrow for three months? Or I have to wait till March and then serve notice period. Because I will have to return the bonus amount even if I'm so close to March. Another question, we cannot take leaves while serving notice period? Kindly reply, thank you in advance :)
You need to go through the employee handbook (if you have)or consult your HR. Am not sure about the internal policy like if they consider the notice period for joining bonus or not, some companies will allow taking leaves in notice period as well so better consult HR

As you have told that you needed to serve the notice period ! What actually reason did you told them if they asked you that why did you left your previous job ? Coz even im in this situation and im really confuse if my answer wont be ok for them!

I got accenture offer letter from campus as a freshers. But I didn't receive DOJ from accenture & I joined cognizant as they offer me first. Now I want to join accenture when they send me DOJ. So, my question to u is, are they accept 90 days notice period as a freshers? Or they give me DOJ if I resign cognizant in 90 days notice period? As a fresher there won't be any notice period as such but if you are working some where and now you are joining then 90 days notice period is not an issue
@@CareerChrome I joined as a fresher in cognizant just 2 days before. If I allocated in project thn I hv 90 days notice period if I want to leave cognizant & join in Accenture. I got offer 2 companies at a time. Cognizant has almost completed the onboarding process where Accenture not even declared the DOJ... that's why I joined cognizant 2 days before & planning to leave it after getting doj from Accenture.

Currently I have same issue I have infosyes offers I am in tcs now. I have requested to extend from March to April . When can I expect revised offer letter and do I need to accept this now or once I get extended offer I need to accept.
You need to accept before the last date irrespective of the extended offer

I was offered 19.5 fixed and 27% VP total 24.76LPA for career level 9. when I asked HR for joining bonus since I am an immediate joined-she said that since sep 21 they have removed Joining bonus concept ... what should I do now ?
When I asked increase in CTC she said they had only 19.5 for this position
If they have removed JB policy then might be you won't get then, but try increase in CTC by pointing out the same but if they are not increasing then get other offer in hand and then negotiate so might be then they will increase.

It would be 1 year but might be your project is of longer duration and might be they wanting you to stay atleast 2 years, did you negotiate on that during the offer?

Hey actually joining bonus you will get only if your CTC is beyond 10 LPA and your in hand salary may be approximately some where around 50k-52k per month

Then JB might be project dependent and LTA is the travel allowance that usually you will get twice in 4 years not monthly

It should mentioned in a separate block in your offer letter check it out once

It should be mentioned some where if it is not mentioned then contact your recruiter and ask them to send the mail atleast where joining bonus should be written somewhere

That will deduct based on your tax slab so I don't think that will get reclaimed

I got offer recently Oct 29 th. My Joining time Jan 2022. But I didn't have Joining bounce 😕. HR told me that no Joining since October 2021
It's all depends on the policy, if hr says no then you won't get..no worries try getting negotiation on your CTC... All the best 😊

Listen if you had discussed the offer already then you missed the chance of negotiation but still if you have or if you can grap another opportunity with better CTC then again you can start negotiation on top of the that

Joining bonus only they give if they have mentioned to give during offer discussion other wise you won't get, as i came to know that they have stopped providing joining bonus since from September but not sure
