Vifon’s “two shrimps noodles” are so iconic in vietnam that “shrimp noodles” is the word Vietnamese use to refer to literally every instant noodle product. It is a part of my childhood.

I’m a Vietnamese, now I’m living in Korea, I miss Pho so much, and I can’t find any place that sell the authentic Pho. One time I tried Vifon pho, I’m amazed how closed it is to the real Pho (90%)

I haven't eaten ramen noodles since early in college. I heard that the noodles won't digest properly. But back in the day I'd make Ramen noodles with chickpeas, carrot slivers, frozen sweet peas, green onions, and fresh garlic. Now I know better and make the same thing with brown rice instead of noodles

And you guys also have really good ramen a, I don't remember the brand but my ex always brought me those polish ramen since he knew I love ramens, and the polish ones are much healthier. There's a ramen with tomato taste, was amazing 😋

As an Asian, these instant noodles never taste the same as the real thing. But it’s unique enough that you can tell what it’s trying to be. I’m actually a fan of the pho versions of the instant noodles, doesn’t taste like pho but it tastes good.

I love these noodles - they're a life-saving food for sure. Recently I've begun experimenting with adding things like freeze dried vegetables, kale, onion, and garlic flakes, which is super healthy and delicious. I'm looking forward to trying fish flakes next :)
