As of now, scopeless website has it on sale for $549.
I agree that this model is hard to rock the slide. I like my EVO raptor model.

The custom shop should have eliminated the trigger creep. What was the weight?

It’s been quite a while since I did this video but if I recall correctly it’s a solid 6 pounds.

Thanks for showing this Custom Shop pistol. Kimber does some interesting visual treatment - appealing to some, but not all. The EVO is dimensionally similar to the Micro 9/Sig P938, though it's about 3 ounces heavier. It also takes the Micro 9 and modified P938 mags. The trigger on MY Evo is one of the best of the micro striker-fired crop at less than 4 pounds with very little takeup, no over-travel and great reset (not necessarily the same on all samples of the Evo). HOWEVER, as one can see by the visible striker, the gun is about 98% cocked - with no manual safety. I know, I know - trigger finger discipline and all that. I don't know many folks who would carry a cocked revolver, but they are just fine carrying a cocked striker-fired pistol. P.S: I like the 365XL with the Swampfox Sentinel and the bronze slide. Nice!

After years of Kimber...I can't recommend them, they discontinued EVO 9mm & refuse to keep making parts leaving owners w/ a firearm that is useless if parts are needed...my Beretta storm sub compact 9mm was also discontinued but Beretta will manufacture parts for 10 years...Beretta stands behind their products & makes a much more superior firearm.

None of the Kimber EVO seri models impresses me except the Kimber EVO SP Raptor model which I have. For the functionally, My EVO shoots very good. I feels a bit more comfortable to shoot compare with shooting a Glock 43. General speaking, customers pay a little more money if they want a metal firearm. Additionally, Kimber claims that they put more labor to make guns look nicer than others (which are not appreciated by many customers) so the price is higher than others. 😊

All good points. Thank you very much for sharing in for taking the time to watch.

Kimber definitely makes some pretty guns. Not sure how practical this one is considering the comparison to a P365 or even a Glock 43. But it sure is pretty.

It’s good enough to get a standard one with a night sight around $750 even though I have an EVO Raptor (customer shop) one.

My Kimber EVO raptor shoots great. It shoots all the 9mm ammo brands. The only con is the price which is higher than other polymer frame pistols 😂.

I love mine. It isn't cheap but nice things aren't. I have lots of other pistols that are just tools in the 500 -700 range. Being in a suit all day i wanted my pistol to also look the part. This isn't a logic purchase but it kept me from buying a Cabot or Wilson for EDC. 😉

I can see that. I’ve been looking at it again from a different perspective and I get what you are saying. Thank you for watching!

I never look at or consider Kimber. I didn't even know the EVO was a striker. Does Kimber make a double stack 1911?

Happy Every Second Matters Day!!! Honestly, I don’t know if they make a double stack 1911. Thank you very much for watching.

$960! I just don't see the value. I just bought the Sig Sauer P320 AXG Classic and that really strained my definition of value. At least it came with 3 mags and was in a nice case.
I like KImber's K6S Revolvers and 1911, but at $1000 guns need to come in something other than a cardboard box. I have the same problem with S&W Pro Series.
