The Qun is really one of the most fascinating lore in DA. Assuming the series(and BioWare) survived Dreadwolf, I would love if the future game focuses more on their culture.
Alistair: So I suppose once I'm actually king I could end up in negotiations with the Qunari one day. Sten: My people do not negotiate. Alistair: What do you mean? They negotiated a peace treaty after the war, and as far as I know they've kept to its terms. Sten: They signed a piece of paper. But only because they knew that you believed in it. Alistair: And what is the difference between that and negotiating? Sten: They stopped fighting for their own reasons. And they will resume it again, one day. The agreement means nothing to them. Alistair: But I thought you said your people believed in honor. Sten: They do. The honor of the Qunari is what will bring our warships back to your shores.
Assuming you are fine with sticking with the job given to you for the rest of your life, never allowed to question your condition or the society you live in less you be brainwashed or as they call it "fixed". That is if you are fortunate enough to not be born a mage. Then your life will be one of the most miserables in all of Thedas. I too like the Qunari as a fictional concept but were they to exist in the real world, it would be one of the most opressive systems to ever exist.
@@yoannbelleville7763 I think that many people could be happy living such a life. And really, the rest of thedas is not that diffrent from what you describe, feudal societies in gereral work like that. Its true that there is probably no social mobility under the qun, but is there a realistic chance for a commoner to become an aristocrat in orlais or ferelden or anywhere else? The diffrence is that the qunari would see every part of their society as meaningful, that way even the people doing the most menial jobs could take some pride in it and see his or hers life as meaningful, in a way that a tevinter slave, or an elf in orlais could not

i doubt i would ever follow something like the qun. it is something to be respected it has wisdom in it and its warriors honorble. but ultimately its something that would fail sooner or later due to stagnation.
I would love to see the origins of the drawves and the qunrai These two have the most enigmatic origins Drawves are cut from the fade and the qunari are hinted at being created like expirments

Me too
Dreadwolf needs to fall flat so the series can be restored.

This comment is underrated as hell cause it was on this day. The Sten explained the very concept of diplomacy. And how certain people like to use it.
wow, I have thousands of hours on that game and never heard that one.
At the end of Act 2
Aveline: “You lived your life for the Qun, you gonna die for some Elves?”
Arishok: “Someone is.”
"Fuck the qunari"
"Fuck the qun"
The Qunari are definitely one of the most interesting things/races in the Dragon Age.
Sten: Qunari are most dangerous because we are thinking men and not an unthinking force.
Amazing. I love this so much. All of your videos are incredible.
Awww, Thank you so much 🥰
Love your tributes.
Aww, thank youuu! 🥰
There's a simplicity I understand and respect of the Qun. I think I could live under it, honestly.

@@Husker_XIII I had a reply but my comments keeps getting deleted.
F**k you TH-cam.
I really loved these. I hope in the future you make more, you are very talented.

I missed these videos. You are really good at making tributes
Awww thank you so much! ☺
I would love to see the origins of the drawves and the qunrai
These two have the most enigmatic origins
Drawves are cut from the fade and the qunari are hinted at being created like expirments
Very atmospheric ❤️🔥
Wish there was more Sten in this
Qunari are basically only in DAO and DA2. DAI was literally one guy who didn´t follow the rules of the Qun and Veilguard... yeah.
"the qunari are dangerous because they are thinking men." by Sten
What game is this
Dragon age II and Dragon age inquisition
But are they nonbinary?
I always found them redundant from the chantry
The Qunari are so attractive in part two. But inquisition they look so… meh.
Do they feel meh now after you've seen the ones in DAV?
@@seeum09 I don’t know. I haven’t played the game yet.
Qun is such a stupid idea
