- A wedding fire in Qaraqosh Iraq leaves Adison Najeeb, a young videographer who filmed the event, shocked and traumatised. Conspiracy theories take hold. Many think the fire was arranged by outside powers to gain greater influence in the area. The Christian town has dealt with two decades of war, sectarian violence, and ISIS. But beyond the local political grievances and feelings of neglect, there is a deeper sense of exhaustion. After the fire, Adison decides to leave Iraq, and his family, behind.

Those fireworks were unnecessary and shouldn't have been in a closed space. They should have taken those pictures outside. My heart goes out to the families that lost a loved one.🕊️🕊️❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹

This has also happened in the Netherlands. In Volendam, the Christmas decorations caught fire during a New Year's party. Many young people were burned. After that time, only non-flammable decorations may be hung.Good luck to the people of this party😢

Watching this reminds me of the very disturbing footage from the Station Nightclub Fire of 2003 as well. RIP to all the people who perished in this Iraqi wedding hall :(

What a tragedy, I can't imagine how deep is the despair and sadness these people are living with
God has even the power to make Gomer out of any Mary and Mary out of any Gomer. Why? Because the earth is His and His choices sit on top even if they look nothing less than maniacal person wanting to dance with girls and want to be fed by girls probably telling them have oil ready for the lamp when my boys are with you in the night .or give your lamp to better girls with of course oil. Don't ask questions - because your speaking sense could be taken away any moment God would like to dance with girls.
What was the need for fireworks inside an closed audittoriim with no safety exit. It's very scary feeling.
That's y in islam celebrations are prohibited just because to avoid any just mishaps. Just lead a simple life in praise if allah.

No evil eye 🧿 Turkey is close by and they know how to deflect an eye that is evil. I do think it is their Karma. Christians have lot of bad karma accrued to them. Jesus death was not enough to get rid of that karmic cycle. It is so much more that Christians are always reminded of their sins but more than that it is their religion to teach others lessons. Most likely it is a case of bad karma - their ancestors did some bad and now they will be used to change the world for others..
Girl is lucky, she wasn't made a widow with a young child to show her sin-hood or kneel down in prayers and offer her child for others. Else her hubby would have been killed. Who knows couple wasn't on good terms with the family and people around. We can't say what is the truth. In this day and age all I have learnt that if I have a story useful to others, they know how to take that. I don't even have to ever think of giving anything. A teacher is not needed. A student is all it takes for student to extract whatever he or she needed..I would kill myself if I wasn't having a good childhood n even some part of my youth good enough...but I would never have children to be used this way in a world they say would end soon. It is overwhelming to see what they have made of Christianity. It looks meow ridiculous than it was supposed to be.

Could have very well been the cold sparks not using the correct products or buying cheap Chinese machines with dry foliage that could start a fire. Sad to see so many lose there lives on their wedding day.
