Hi mate I’m doing an xs up at the moment and just changed the race and bearings .... I heat the steam head and put new race in the freezer for 24hrs goes in much easier 👍
I really appreciate you taking the time to film these. I’m starting my own 650 build and going to do this caliper flip because I was lucky enough to find this. Bike looks great so far.
It was a while ago now but I'm pretty sure I used a cold chisel as a wedge between the bottom triple and the inner race to get it started and then tapped it up the shaft with a pin punch.

How did you remove the lower bearing cage from the bottom of the triple tree/stem?

Hi mate. I don't think you will have any luck chasing a frame on TH-cam. Maybe try any of the xs650 groups on Facebook.
