I have a list of questions .. it would be great to talk to you on the phone..i left my contact info on your voicemail.. i hope to have a chat with you when your not busy..thank you, DAVID
Wow you are a badass and your Mexican!!! I love it! I’m half Mexican. Your my AutoGlass Icon!!!! I own an AutoGlass business and I’m going to start patterning everything after you. Thanks so much for all the love for your fellow AutoGlass Business Owners. When I grow up I want to be like Alfredo 😜👍🏻
Hi Alfredo, hope you’re doing well! Could you please tell me the name or part number for the foam tray you showed at 7 minutes? I’ve been looking for one of those for so long. It would really help me! Thanks and awesome collection, it would be really great to see an updated tool box video now!
are you going to patent that battery powered cold knife? I would love that! I work in new York and the cold weather is brutal taking out windshields and that would be terrific to have!!!
Hi Alfredo, great video and congratulations on your Gold medal. I'm just starting to get into windshield replacement and would like to know what windshield holding cups you use or recommend. Another question is about urethane guns. Which model would you recommend - Power Push, Milwaukee, Dewalt? Thanks, Kevin
@@AlfredosAutoGlassRepairCoronado you remove the wipers and cowls? I currently work for a shop that stuffs windows.. I never stuffed before...now I get air noise and leaks constantly.
history questioned I remove the cowls and wipers on every installation. I highly recommend you doing it, you’ll learn how to do auto glass the right way and you’ll avoid lots of headaches and redos.
Alfredo! After watching your videos I went out and bought the BTB urethane scraper. I find that it takes a lot of force to cut through the urethane. Am I doing something wrong or do you have any tips on sharpening the blades? Keep up the great work!
Mitchell McPhail The sharpening makes a big difference. You could sharpen them with a stone from Equalizertools or with a file. I'll make a video soon on how to sharpen blades, it's definitely technical.
Home depot has a "tack puller" what you call a pop up tool that I believe works a lot better for removing clips than the equalizer one does. It is thinner and can get into the two stage clips easier, they are $6 and near all the individual screw drivers
We are setting our F150s to work out of to start with and it seems that it will be a little hard to get everything we need in these trucks plus carrying glass racks. I am going to put side toolbox on my truck to carry the bulk of tools. PM me your email please so i can discuss coming out. I know Kody spoke with you.
You can do it in Spanish because I looked at you I think I watched a video in Spanish of you and me but what interests me the most is the preparation of how to put the lines
You forgot to mention Harbor freight, Milwaukee, Dewalt, Husky and my own hand made tools. Equalizer makes amazing helpful tools especially design for auto glass. All tools bought from the sweat of my forehead.
