Hey Cindy! You mentioned that originally you were worried about messing up the markers. Just a heads up: The brush tips for these markers are actually double ended so you can unscrew the tip and flip it over and get a brand new tip.

@@giadanoelle I can't find the post where I originally learned about this since it was years ago but I just googled 'Ecoline reversible' and this video showing that the tip is in fact double ended like I mentioned in my original comment was one of the first results: fb.watch/1HIA7HtDDv/

Chloe Wong I actually don’t love that fact because I feel that swearing in necessary in some places and isn’t in some, in this situation it’s really not needed this is just a hand lettering review not something serious.

You should review artline stix Pens. They are pretty unique. They are very juicy but have more of a crayola hard tip than these.
Next you gotta try the ecoline bottles of liquid watercolor it is so much fun to dip these pens in them and play away!
Hi, Cindy! I have these markers, and just wanted to tell you that in order to use the blender you have to touch the colors that you want to the tip of the blender, then when you want to get rid of the coloring you can just dip it in a cup of water!!! I love these markers and I know this because I got them at the Pinterest festival and got to test them out!!

UGH! I had the same thing happen when I ordered my Polaroid Zip printer, the box came all kinds of f*cked up, it was very obviously a returned item. BUT it works perfectly and I love the printer so whatever!
The testing and blending at the end were so satisfying! You're very talented 😊
Windsor and Newton also have watercolor markers that are nice and juicy too. Price is about the same per pen, but the color gradients are also gorgeous.
The Ecolines looks really nice. Wish they were that a good a price point here lol.
They work best on watercolour paper as that what they are. Also, they do make flesh and/or earth tones in the full range.

Because of the pandemic and the quarantine vibe... I got the set of 20 markers and... Here's what I got : 3 greens, 3 blues, 2 purples, 2 reds, 1 black, 1 blender and 8 yellows/oranges... Why so much yellow. I can see I didn't miss much but not getting the set of 30. Thanks for showing how to use them, tho. I was a bit confused because these are my first markers ever. But I know a bit how watercolor works so I should be good now. Thanks a lot !
Hello, Cindy! I absolutely love all your videos. As far as I mostly use brushpens in a bullet journal I would not buy ecolines. But I was searching for affordable but really cool brushpens and found ZIG Brushables. Have you tried them? Are you going to make a review on them? The bright colors also do have a gradient effect like ecolines and they don't bleed through Scribbles that matter!
Luda P, Cindy has done a review on the ZIG's before. It was last year some time, if memory serves correct.

Hey Cindy! I was on Amazon the other day and one of the recommended items for me were watercolor brush pens that look very similar to the Jane davenport’s mermaid markers. The brand was Onisla and it was a ten pack. I haven’t seen any reviews on it. But I was curious to see if they would be a good alternative for the mermaid markers...
Speaking of Jane Davenport... could you please do a review on her alcohol ink “smooth markers” ?
Sorry for all the comments but there are some very cool other water based brush markers that are going around they are called Karin Brush Marker Pro they are kinda pricey you can get a 60 set for $100 and they have a 10 pack of metallics for $20 but everyone loves em and they are comparing them to the Sharpie Stained markers but with a ton more colors!

Have you seen the Crayola watercolor brush markers? I think they’re about $6 for a 5-pack at Target. Not my favorite color scheme, but I think they might good for practice.

By the way, the Gold and White do not exist in brush pen form. They exist in the liquid bottle form. You can go to their website to download the color chart.

You put two violet/purple between the red and orange and say there are too many oranges and too few purples. Have you checked for colour blindness (not taking the piss here)?

Haha I just found the pastel set by accident and fell in love! I bought the bigger basic package a week ago, just had to. Beautiful.
Purples always get neglected...pisses me off! And those oranges are way to close in color. that's bullshit! ;)

I just bought all sixty colors recently but they came in packs of 5 for the color families and there is 12 different packs but buying em this way is more expensive then getting the 30 pack! The reason i bought em this way is cause if you have the 30 pack already then you go back to get the other 30 colors by buying the 5 packs you will get a ton of repeats which sucks! i picked mine up at dick blick and the 5 packs are about $15 and i got 30% off and free shipping so i was a happy girl!

No I didn't because it is not until you press the Show More link that it shows and it is certainly not what I would expect on any art related video especially when youngsters might want to watch it. Sorry. Bad show.

Children under 12 should be supervised online by their parents. If the children watch this channel designed for adults, then it is a failure of their parents.
