I have always loved you Richard when I had my first daughter I went from 105 pounds to 200 pounds. I thought I would never ever see 100 pounds again your show it just started on TV or maybe it was on. I just didn’t know it was April of 83 I lost all my weight because of you and I always stayed with you 1 million years. I thought I would be laughing and smiling while I was burning off those calories but I did it with you. I could never ever thank you enough. I just hope that life has been kind and good to you and that you have been given back tenfold the love that you gave. I love you Richard thank you.
