Chopped Onion - 2 tbsp
Tomato ( small size ) - 1 No.
Crushed Garlic - 5 to 6 No's
Chopped Green Chilli - 2 tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 3 No's
Turmeric Powder - A Pinch
Chilli Powder - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Curry Leaves - As Required
Coriander Leaves - As Required
Salt - To Taste
Oil - 5 tbsp
