After getting some water, I had been resting at a Starbucks. A lady sat with me and we started a conversation, before long I had to leave. Before I did though, she bought me a cookie. Another time a random stranger helped my parents buy groceries. And another still, my own neighbor who I had barely knew bought me an ice cream sandwich when I went to get some for my sister. But I think my favorite kindness story is one that is not mine. Here in the town I live in, a man used to sit on a bench and talk to people walking by. He used to let people sit beside him and talk with him, and he became friends with almost everyone who walked by. He died, and in my town there is now a statue of the man permanently planted on the bench. This man connected our community, and all he did was sit and talk and smile. These are all true stories, few and far between but true none the less. Kindness is everywhere you look, but if you're too focused on the bad things, you wont find it. Kindness comes in little things; Sometimes it's someone complimenting your skill or how you look, sometimes it's someone making a face at you so you will smile or laugh, and sometimes it's just a smile. You don't need money to be kind, and you don't have to risk your life for it either. But most importantly, don't expect it from anyone. Instead, be your own kindness.
I’ve been very stressed and depressed lately about my looks, the fact that I don’t have any chance with my crush and especially school. All this time I’ve been listening to depressing songs where the artists wrote their pain in their lives. I saw Klaus last Christmas and I completely loved it. Then I remembered there was this lovely song. I didn’t really want to hear it but when I did I started crying and sobbing for a while. It’s the first song to tell me not to worry and just be positive about life. It encouraged me so much and I’m still crying. I mean it. I’m crying. Right now. These words are so beautiful. “The greatest things you’ll ever know, are invisible”. Tell me how wonderful and positive this is. This was the best 3:59 minutes of my darkest days. I’m full of inspiration.
Maybe instead of listening to depressing songs you should do something about all your problems and not just sit there waiting till they get sorted out themselves
This movie was too beautiful and i cried plus the song was also heart warming i love the way they made the song and the movie together it was fantastic ❤❤😭😭
4 Years later Klaus is still one of my fav movies

I think I've see that statue...
Is he like carrying a book?
When someone you love has died it that you can have big feelings
This has to be one of the most beautifulest comments I've ever read. Thank you for sharing🩷💙💜
Kindness doesn't cost anything, but it means everything.
