- Hello friends, in this video i'll be making a circular saw mounted handheld crosscut sled. When you multi cuts it helps you for practical and accurate cuts.

две деревяшки под углом 90 градусов соединяешь, короткую под длинной . вот тебе и направляющая, вот тебе и прямой угол и выкинуть не жалко и делать 10 минут с учетом наклейки снизу на двухсторонний скотч резины в качестве противоскользящего и противоскольного покрытияб такое себе изобретение , распусти двухметровую доску вдоль этим.
Одна палка и 2 струбцыны. Ещё надёжнее )))
Совершенно верно. Или угольник свенсона не убиваемый,с его помощью делаю все что показано в видео гораздо проще и с неменьшей точностью.
Nicely done. This is a cheap alternative to the VERY expensive track saw made by a famous brand. How about a spring loaded return mechanism in this? Would be pretty cool!

30years ago as a novice diyer I'd have killed for this gadget, not getting perfectly square cuts was the down fall of many of my first projects, as a pro I have many tool to get this job done but I still may make one with longer runners for the cut that don't fit in my saw and I don't wanna get my track out.
A great addition to any diyers tool kit!

Thats it - your me new best mate - this is the solution to my problem , yes i have a speed square but with this i can can concentrate on the cut and not muck about with clamps etc which only slows you down. Brilliant idea 💡 well done mate well done 👍🏻
This is a great idea! I've been thinking about a cheaper, DIY version of the mini festool tracksaw (not sure of the model number). This could easily be adapted with longer slides and even an adjustable angle stop. Nice going! You've really given me something to think about!

If you filed a flat edge on the 2 washers that hold the saw into the jig you wouldn't have to take the screws all the way out to remove the saw from the jig.

the cutting is limited for specific long ,
therefor it is suitable for short cuttings only.

Ĺove the idea of using drawer slides (especially uderneath instead of at the sides), but I wonder if dust would be problem for them.
The drawer slides aren't really needed here.
A skill saw would slide between 2 pieces of wood built square just as good, and wouldn't have any of the wiggle older drawer slides have.

Nice job bud but I'm concerned about the bplay in the drawer slides.... I know they not normally 100 percent rigid so sometimes your cut might be a little off

Есть такая замечательная штука... Угольник Свенсона называется. Приложил, отрезал, и все ровно. Более того, угольник который показан в ролике так же прекрасно справиться с задачей в виду его толщины.
This looks like a nice idea BUT (and this is a serious "but") it disables the lower blade guard, leaving the blade always exposed, which is dangerous... really. People cut get hurt using this jig...
A bigger hole in the saw carrier would solve that so when the saw is pulled right back the blade guard engages
If you're that fearful of a saw it's best to leave it to someone else...
All saws with blade guards leave the blade exposed when cutting...

Straight, sure..... but not square. Why even bother. Lay your square against the base of saw, it cuts square everytime.
