Painting Water Shouldn't be Hard, Try It This Way

  • I used to dread painting the water in my work as it often overwhelmed me. I learned to take a different approach over the years and so here's my method.
    In this video I show you how I paint the reflections in the river below the banks. I show you how I lay out the dark colors first and then fill in the highlights after to simply the process for me.
