  • On the first handstand walking progression, coach Jessica Estrada explained the basics surrounding transferring weight while in the plank position, and on a box.
    Once you have mastered weight transfer, we’ll move on to the handstand walking set-up. Before you ever attempt to handstand walk, you need to be able to kick up to vertical, and hold your handstand for 2-3 seconds. The set-up is the foundation of the entire movement, and will either set you up for success, or failure, in your handstand walking.

    🇺🇸 Great tips, i train on my own and i have always look for a guide to finally achieve my freaking handstand walk and in this and others of your videos for handstand i have found some tips that seem crucial, thank you, there are lots of videos of how to handstand walk but non of them really help like this one 🇻🇪 excelentes tips!!     Should the core be strong to stabilise my hips ?
