Thank you for the info, I am planning to buy a house soon my question is can I have my own house inspection before I make a deal to buy the house and also since I am gonna have inspection report can I aske the saler credit instead of asking him/her to fix the damage so that I can fix it myself?
    Hope hearing from you again
    Thanks.

Hi there!! Technically you could have an inspection before you go under contract as long as the seller is agreeable to giving you access to the house for inspections. There is however an inspection period in the sales contract. So you would have the first 10 days (typically) from the date that you are under contract to have as many inspections performed on the property as you want. It might make a little more sense to use that inspection period after you are under contract so that you aren't paying for the inspection on a house that could get snapped up by another buyer.

    Hey it's me again, question?
Can my house inspector let me know about all the damage how much they cost to buy them and how much it cost to hire profetional person to fix and repair the damage? or is it ok to ask him/ her myself?
    hope hearing from you soon.thanks

Usually the inspector would not give you estimates on how much something would cost to repair. They will just tell you what the issues are. You can use that 10 day inspection period to have additional contractors come through the house and give you estimates for repairs once you have the report so you would have a better idea of costs. Hope that helps!
