Jawa 2-strokes seem to idle smoother and be more predictable off idle and at lower rpm's than most, especially Japanese. How many speeds is the S/S? I really dig these bikes and they are obviously well-made. I would enjoy a video that gives number of tyranny gear speeds for Jawa models, especially the 2-cycle twins : )

Some of us think the fabrication is what riding is about, and have no desire to accelerate ourselves into an early grave. Naked bikes aren't even pleasant above 130kmh! Nahh... 90 is nice on my bobber. But go on, tell us about your chip-tuned big wheel and all the aftermarked do-dads you've bought. (Then i'll tell you how i've chopped and bobbed my gn400 with no aftermarked parts, but lots of grinding and welding.) Scuids will be scuids, and chicken-rolls are sin-full!
Louise Pedersen I’ll tell you about my fabricated 1983 GS 750,most parts are made or modified to fit, my basket case 91 FXR made into cafe racer, my teenage years old Jawas and choppers built out of old Russian Urals, and , of course, by 2014 Anniversary Edition Hayabusa and my 07 Street Glide with enough mods to do a wheelie . What about big wheel and do dad ?
