As a Texas State alumni, I can’t tell you how massive of a deal this is! Our football program has been in the shitter for many years. A laughing stock. Now not only did we get a winning record and a Bowl game appearance but won it? It’s mana from heaven. Incredible job by everyone involved here in the program, they deserve it big time

Happy I saw this game live in Australia (Trios Sports Bar in Cranbourne and The Grand in Frankston, both in SE Melbourne) as I have lived in USA for 20 years (15 in the South, 4 in TX and rest in GA/FLA)
Unfortunately I forgot it was SMU stadium but oh well, everything else made me happy and grateful as I watch (went to 2 universitys up there, who's team names are Bobcats and/or Owls, amazing eh?)

My niece goes to Texas State University as a freshman.But shr is transferring next fall 2024 to North Texas U or SMU.I am proud of her she is the first in our family to go to a University

I don't think I've ever seen a highlights video where the plays were out of chronological order. I can see how such a mistake could be made, but I don't think I've ever SEEN it made. The score is 14-7, then it's 21-14, then it's 14-7 again. And they didn't bother to show the last touchdown?

I can understand why attempts are made at 4th down (same in Canada with 3rd to be fair)
But in my opinion, with a couple of other sinarios, I think it's better to just kick it away somehow on the last down unless it's 4th Q and your behind the other team.

USC had 24 players sit Holiday Bowl. We are approaching the end of Bowl Games because of NIL and the portal. Players who scarifice for the team all their college sport tenur will be pooped on by players headed for a pro oppurtunity when the bowl game comes. Why sacrifice
