    Oh my goodness you guys!!!!
First I made your artisan bread and it was wonderful. Today I made these croissants and they are incredible!!! I have never had a croissant from a bakery so I can't compare them to that, but the outside is so crispy and the middle layers are so light and fluffy. You guy seriously rock. I am subscribed to your channel for life. Thank you so very much!

Wow! Your butter croissants came out beautiful! I’ve always wanted to make homemade croissants and now I will. I think what held me back is I didn’t want a soft fluffy one that would fall apart once you put the filling in and started eating it. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your videos and teaching us about all things farm life. I bought some Castile soap and absolutely love it. Thank you for showing us the specific items that you enjoy that really helps a lot. ❤️

We have never tried the dill in the tuna salad but will have to try that. We make our tuna salad like you did with onions and we add some diced jalapeños too. Many times when my mother would make tuna salad she would add cooked elbow macaroni pasta. We enjoyed that as a cold dish in the summer with cucumber and onion salad on the side and with sliced tomatoes too, one of my favorites for summertime lunch.

Tuna fish is also good with relish or finely chopped pickles in it. I love your videos. We live in Michigan and have 10 acres. My husband loves gardening and grows a few acres of hay. We have chickens and can . We have raised sheep and pigs for 4-H. We also had horses on a couple acres for a friend. This was once a dairy farm so we have a big old barn and a couple out buildings.

Have to try this. But regarding your process. Here's a tip I once saw on America's Test Kitchen. She rolled all the dough into a rectangle then spread half the butter on it and rolled it into a log from the short side. Then flattend the log and rolled into another rectangle and repeated with the remaining butter. In the.end you get many many layers without all the usuall rolling and folding and without working with all the little pieces of dough.

Tuna is actually the only fish I don’t like 🙈
But the rest of my family loves it..
i have that sweet memory of vacation in Italy .. my family loved to ate tuna sandwiches.. they use Italian rolls, Mayo, tuna, tomatoes, onion and some hot pepper flakes.. but layered instead of mixed together.. Mayo, tuna, tomato, onion, hot pepper flakes.. I ate it the same way just without tuna.. so refreshing..
Those croissants looked so yummy! That’s a very clever trick with the butter!
