In this week's Training Plan, I start to more long moderate pace run of 14, 9, and 7 miles training for the 2024 Boston Marathon, April 15! The week concludes with the Charlotte 10 Miler which I'll use as a marathon trial wearing the gear I'll use for the March 3 Myrtle Beach marathon, and using the same pre-race drink, and supplements and gels during the race. I'll be pushing to run 20 - 45 seconds faster than my anticipated Boston Marathon pace of 9:05 minute per mile.
