    Most helpful and my favorite RL content out right now. The no script, free speaking format gives us all the extra details and nuances about the topics that we need. thanks booma

      I hate reading scripts too it feels disingenuous that way so I like to just hit record & get all my thoughts out. Thanks for saying that & I hope I can continue to do just that.

    Hi Booma.
    I discovered you a few weeks ago and so far you are amazing. I was waiting since 2-3 days for a new video and this one already is a banger.
    I was talking to some friends about it (and I saw a comment so I’d like to share my feedback) but having someone just talking « from his heart » and giving all the informations he thinks are important, without trying to optimize his watchtime, is so nice.
    I think that with the current state of the world where short format are dominating, it’s kinda refreshing to see people that, although you want to grow on social media, really want to share some advice. I speak with a little background about optimizing videos in watchtime and duration.
    We can REALLY feel that you mostly want to share your experience and make people improve, and I’m not worrying about your grind cause you’re gonna get there my G, I have no doubts about that.
    Continue your style of content, it’s really refreshing, don’t bother about those kids who only want the quickest possible way without having to spend the necessary amount of time to « watch » the video and learn. You’re providing high value about the game.
    Keep up the good work 🤙

      This is very reassuring to read & I’m glad there are people who enjoy my content I honestly didn’t think anyone would watch in the first place. There is no easy or quick way to improve in this game & I want people to know that. This comment has motivated me thanks a lot & glad you enjoyed 🙏

    I rarely comment on TH-cam,
    But i wanted to say to whoever was hating on Booma and making him justify at the beginning of the video his skillset. They were clearly just jealous.
    Booma is and will be the top 1% of rocket league players. Facts. So if you don't like the video move on, but I think the rest of us who are not haters, will learn A LOT from your videos.
    Thank you for your time in making these videos

      I just think that view on the game is comedic is all. Especially now I’m at the age where status in this game genuinely means very little. Obviously I still brand as that because completely stripped, this is what the content is I wanted to reach a high level & pass down insight to try & just leave something behind for the game I’d be proud about. Thanks so much for the kind words and thanks for supporting me😊

    Would be cool if you could make a tutorial on how to air dribble when you have the ball on top of your car without losing control, with details of when to use boost and air roll for a perfect setup. Thanks.

    • @Broliphic
      @Broliphic 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      im not SSL but i can tell you a tip that helped me out a lot which is dont boost when making actual contact with the ball. you can boost to get to the ball but when you actually make contact with the ball make sure you arent boosting, ball will stay close to you and you can follow it much easier.

  • @Vivo-cp2rb
    @Vivo-cp2rb 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

    The reason you prefered the left wall (and i do aswell currently) is because you mainly use DAR Left which makes the take off of the wall and airroll much easier for your brain as its a more natural movement rather than going off of the right wall with airroll left because in that case you would need to spin 3/4 of a whole 360 spin which is not only a tiny bit slower but also much more awkward to get it right.
    Its funny to see that you dont even realize that as all of this must be complete muscle memory by now. I personally train with random mirroring on bakkesmod to train both sides simutaniosly.
    Cheers

      @BoomaRL  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oh I can play off both walls and I use all 3 air rolls now I was just talking about back in the day when I was learning but yeah it’s really interesting to think about the intricacies for sure. Great feed back thanks, hope you enjoyed!

      @@chadjcox not upset homie just think it’s comedic that we’re at that standard now. Regardless if I’d have to make it even more convenient for the viewer than I already did by leaving the codes up as long as I did. Not everyone is even on PC. Console players would still have to type the code regardless of where it is. With that being said if a PC player is that lazy when they have a keyboard then 🤷‍♂️Appreciate the concern no ill feelings, I simply forgot to leave them in the description but it shouldn’t be an issue. ive tryin for 3 years the level 5 of the air dribble hoops and i cant do it, i cant air dribble in a vertical line with the ball, any tips?

    • @BoomaRL
      @BoomaRL  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      IIRC that’s the level where the hoop is right above you correct? That one is difficult but it’s not impossible. That requires complete stiff touches into the absolute middle of the ball to push it upwards. You will know if you’re doing it correctly if your car is not hitting resistance. With that being said a good way to apply this concept is a ground to air dribble but with a lot of elevation rather than forward momentum. Think about air dribbling the ball straight up to the ceiling

    • @BoomaRL
      @BoomaRL  7 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It’s also best to keep the car stiff as possible. Air roll or directional is not required on that level
