I did it putting in a resistor instead and now the fan spins at a very low speed near silent yet providing a good constant airflow. Even after a couple of hours use the light and air flow is cool.

That’s a great suggestion @DJ_PeterSteel as you can keep the original fan. What kind of resistor did you use?

@@djjakobofficial I had a bunch of resistors I tried and picked one that suited. Sorry but didn't check what value it was as I did it in a hurry.

@@djjakobofficial I did this to my second Dekker also and I used a 150 ohm resistor.

@@DJ_PeterSteel thanks, that is great information for anyone who wants a quicker and cheaper solution then switching the whole fan.

Hello, Maybe you know why the led moves in small movements back and forth like shaking. Where could the problem be? Led vibrates when turned on...

Hi, I had similar issues with one device where the stepper motor just vibrates. In my case the stepper motor was broken and needed to be replaced. Mine broke during the warranty hence the seller took care of it.
If your device is out of warranty you can Google Adj replacement parts, as they do have the motor available on their spare parts website
