This move is very advanced as you sagging like that puts the fear of God into your opponents as they're gonna think that you're loading up for a throw. Thus they lean back instinctively so that they don't get ✋🏽. If an opponent pressures forward as you sag, that's when you throw. Obviously there's a lot of nuance to all of this as you can get countered if either scenario is predicted by the opponent, but that goes for just about any move.
