Hey Russ. Got a notification just now that you posted this. I listen to it straight away. I have to say mate this episode is outstanding, very informative and top quality content. I thoroughly enjoyed listening to it. I really look forward to the continuation of these episodes. My key takeaway from this was to just be transparent a key value for this role. My time to apply is fast approaching. This September in fact. Keep up the great work mate. It means a lot to so many passionate people.

Very informative episode, thank you. You mention the psychologist reported anxiety, and that may have been a problem. Would an anxiety/depression diagnosis from 10 years ago, that has now been resolved, be an issue?

It depends what you mean by 'issue'. It is definitely something they will look closely at. Have all your ducks in a row!

@@primemotiontraining I was worried it may be an automatic rejection, however I've since watched another one of your videos which answered the question. I'll ensure I've got plenty of documentation for them. Thanks for all of your work, it's making the process a lot easier.
