I've done a few gashapon videos... but with my old camera. But I think they are either with me talking, or with only music. Definitely will try out an ASMR format version! Maybe soon, since this format of video is the easiest to make! 😃
Thank you for showing these dolls, I wanted to see them in person but unfortunately the economic situation is very difficult and I can't travel, in my country it is very complicated to acquire Japanese dolls, it is more common to find motu pieces or old mc donalds promotional
Living in Canada where everything at stores is marvel , star wars, gi joe, transformers, motu (which I do love) it's awesome to see toys you never see, I love Japanese robots! Thanks for posting this, when you convert yen to usd or cad are prices pretty reasonable compared to a marvel legends figure at retail?
Pretty much everything in this store is $100-$1,000+ 😬 Except for some of the smaller sofubi. But for something like a Marvel Legends figure here, they cost around ¥3,000-¥4,000 depending (roughly $30-$40).
LOL, half of them i don't know who they are. But i'm really surprised with the quality of the toys, definitely museum-quality. I also remember 2 non-mandarake nakano shops there that doesn't allow photos or videos, so i took some secretly.
Yeah, Hen-Ya is basically a museum where all the exhibits are for sale. I've show it briefly in a couple of my old toy hunting videos, but with music or lots of talking over it, and a lower quality camera. This time I wanted to give the full audio-visual experience. And yeah, a lot of the independently owned shops don't allow photos or videos... actually one of the shop owners that doesn't allow video footage in his shop (Bow-Wow) can briefly be seen @ 12:33 asking a Mandarake to open a showcase for him. It's common for other shops to buy rare lower-priced stuff from Mandarake to re-sell in their own shops for more.
Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) - because I didn’t speak and kept the ambient sounds of the shop at full volume without music. Audio sensory ear candy 😉
Ah, nothing like a relaxing wander through a vintage wonderland. Thanks for another great one.
Love the Gatchaman stuff.
Thanks for the vintage sofubi view! 🤜🤛
Fantastic video thanks for making it... sitting here cozy on couch under blanket with my cats. Enjoying the sights and sounds of Tokyo Toy Bastard POV
All the toys are in such good shape. No wonder they fetch such a premium price.
I always find " clever action " AMAZING 👏
Love it. Really needed this. Can't wait to go back.
Early Saturday morning chill video vibes. Thanks for sharing this!
LOVE the tell tale "ping" of Henya. Can't wait to go back. Great video as always.
This was really cool! I would love to see a gachapon version of this type of video.

That Emannuel Lewis doll at 2:10 felt really out of place until I remembered Takara made it. lol
Thank you! That was amazing, almost like being there! 🤖👾
Someday I want to go there
Has to be one of those pull back mail away g1 transformers
More please :)
Cool video! I want to get to Japan someday. But I've heard now is not a great time to go with Covid issues.
Curious to know if the prices to buy vintage toys in Japan are comparable to what it would be to buy them off American ebay
Much cheaper in Japan.
Right, for most things, you’ll find them in Japan for half the price.
@@TOKYOTOYBANZAI nope

Wihh mantaap bang
3:10 Hey TTB, What’s the bagged Ultraman Kids light value/price?
What does the AMSR in the video title stand for??

Good filming, too many rush through it. Thanks.
Where the girls toys?
Not many in this shop. I've done other videos that show girl's aisles.
