Does the NBA think that people don't question this?? Even if he averaged 10 points in the NBA for a team, that's STILL helping a team. I personally think he would average more in the NBA. He deserves to be in the NBA and not wasting his talent in the G-League every year.

Funny that Steve Kerr rejected Mac when Mac has more basketball talent in his big toe than Steve ever had (and Kerr had a decent NBA career!). If the great John Stockton were playing today, he'd be playing alongside Mac in the G League. I don't think the NBA would even give him a chance. Small white guy with short arms. To me, Mac is like a shorter, more athletic version of Larry Bird. Like Bird, Mac can get his shot anywhere on the court with good accuracy. He can maneuver and jump over big guys in the paint and by the rim and hit the three-shot while passing quite well. The Celts would've drafted Mac in a heartbeat back in the day. Imagine him in the backcourt with Dennis! The Celtics would've been insanely good with a dynamic, lightning-fast guard like Mac. But today....the deaf, dumb, and blind NBA can't see that.@@Jim26D

The problems not MAC and it’s also not NBA coaches or executives unwillingness to pay attention: The problem is the league has TOO much talent in it these days… and not enough roster availability for guys like Mac to get their due admittance… Most guys on the ends of teams’ benches would or even do already crush in the G League - maybe not quite to the same tune as MAC appears to be, but they arguably all deserve their roster spots, and many do not see a single minute off the bench save for garbage time in a handful of games…. Also Mac’s on Orlando’s G League affiliate right now… Where are the Magic supposed to fit him into the picture right now, especially with the success they’ve been having so far into this season?
