I love it when they say packaging parts is "unskilled" labor but the boss can't follow the pictures that show you exactly how to put a part in a box. Any fool can sit behind a desk but they can't follow simple picture instructions. I know because I created those pictorials.
Skilled or unskilled, we "unskilled" EMPLOYEES do the work that makes the money, WE DESERVE A FAIR SHARE OF THE PIE and not seeing bone us checks for more than I make in five years.

Profits are carved up for bone us money and dividend payments but the scraps are not enough to survive on which is what labor gets out of the deal. It is hard to get ahead when your salary is considered a burden to the bone us checks and dividend payments that take MOST of the profit.
