I have read most of the comments,it is so nice to read all the great things you have said about Elvis. I have been a fan 65 years and have seen him go through a lot of changes. He changed but also stayed the same ,He was a big part of my childhood, my sister and I had a horrible childhood and his music was our refuge. He helped get us through a lot of lonely ugly nights,That is why l think it is wonderful that so many people love his music. Of course there are some who have ugly things to say but I don't even give their comments a second thought, they won't change how I see him .He was truly an amazing talent no one compares and I have had 65 years to see if someone could measure up to this beautiful, humble country boy who became a super star and no one does or has.I have God to help me through the hard times and he is always there when I need him,but still I listen to Elvis every day ,He just makes me smile

I listened to Elvis when I was a kid, a teenager, an adult and now I'm in my sixties and listened to him more now than ever. A great artist who spans the ages.
The incompetent assholes running this Vevo channel arbitrarily didn't even use the audio recording of this song from this concert. They tried to trick us with this overdubbed bullshit, and insulted Elvis in the process. For the actual recording they SHOULD'VE uploaded, just follow this link. --> th-cam.com/video/0qvU0xAIT4Q/w-d-xo.html
I saw Elvis perform in 1972. My ticket was only $5.00. I'm thankful I saw him. Elvis spotted a little girl in the crowd. He took one of his diamond rings off, and had a stage worker hand deliver the ring to her. It was an amazing event to witness his kindred heart.
@@bernadettenewsham8916Yeah, he had a very heart of gold. He was special, no doubt about it. His most pleasure was to help people in need; he didn't need to know who need help, he just fulfill the need. And most of his charities were non-public. Amazing man, love him.
I love the sideways look at his backup singers after he did the difficult changing notes perfectly. If you read the official autopsy report about all his physical problems he suffered from, it’s a wonder he was able to perform at all. Thank you Elvis for giving me a lifetime of music to listen to at 78yo as I grew up with your magnificent voice.
I am about the same age as you, and I followed Elvis from 1957 when I first heard him, and was never disappointed with him, his voice is so emotional, and the variation in his songs is fantastic.🙏👌😎
Imagine telling elvis in 1973 a guy like me from a small town in Scotland in 2023 50 years later at 30 year old I’d still and will always be listing to him 😊no matter what mood I’m in , there’s a Song for it . His legacy will live on FOREVER !
What generous and gentle man this legend was. In Spite of all the fame, adoration and his beautiful good looks, Elvis was always a southern boy at heart and treated everyone with the same respect. He devoted his life to making others happy and even when he was sick at the end he persevered because he loved his fans, I respect him so much as a man and a legend. BTW I have always thought this song was dedicated to his mother rather then Priscilla, there was nobody in the whole world Elvis loved more then Gladys.
I have ALWAYS thought, and felt that, you are the only person I have seen comment here and say that. Elvis loved his mother more than any other person, and, I will take it a step further and say I believe with everything in me that Elvis didn’t die from drugs, or obesity, (those were only symptoms) but Elvis died from a broken heart. I don’t onow how old you are, but when Elvis’smother passed, he even said he would die young just like her, it was a self fulfilling prophecy. I think Elvis also lived with a void in his heart that he couldn’t understand and Inthink it was because, one, he shared the womb with his twin, but also, he was an identical twin, that’s one egg that splits into two people, he was born missing his other half. I am a step mother to identical twin girls, since they were 6 yrs old, now 42, they have never been able, their entire lives to be apart, it’s just bazaar , and when you look at them it’s like seeing mirrored images of them, there’s a spiritual, and a souls connection as well. I am 60 yrs old, and Inhave loved and adored Elvis my entire life, and grew up with all his records and watched all his movies, my mother said from the time Inwas two years old I would kiss the tv when Elvis was on! LOL 😳😍😘😘. But yes, this song brings me to tears every time I listen to it. No singer, entertainer, no celebrity, will ever come close...he definitely had, and was, something special❤️❤️❤️💔
@@valoriebritton2047 Elvis died when his mother died, at the end of his life with the drugs and obesity, l think he'd given up.... He died from a broken heart, as my mother did 😪...
@@Timur_aka_Tamerlane Have you read or watched on here, he was having 3 attacks as they were called, a day one attack would have been enough for a week. He was another Michael Jackson. He died from a broken heart dickhead. Now take my advice and watch what he was taking, its a miracle he lived so long. His colon was 3 times the normal size and it was that that made him so fat, it was filled and blocked with a white substance the drugs he was taking. Now watch.....

Same to me, he help me throu my sad and lonely childhood and any other hard Times. With the help of god, but only Elvis voice with his GospelSongs open my heart and soul, to come close to Jesus.now i am 61 and still addicted to listen to Elvis. Thank you for everything
beautiful words
You are so right
He is the best, then, now and forever ❤
Nice to hear all of your thoughts. Nice souls. We all love Elvis, a humble country boy, yes, we are so lucky to have him in our life. Lucky to meet him through his music.

Beautiful love song for the man or woman you loved
Same here. ❤
Me too❤❤
This sounds and looks like shit because the idiotic assholes at Vevo felt the need to overdub vocals from a different concert. Fucking losers.
Old is gold. Hes second to none
One of my favourite Elvis songs. This man was the best at creating emotions in people. A wonderful gift to the world.
THE KING !!!!!
No. We'll remember you, forever and ever.😍🎶👑🎶
@@CooManTunes I clicked on the link and listened it made me cry. Thanks for that.

This is what perfection looks and sounds like. There will never be another Elvis!
I don't the industry today would do with someone as original as Elvis. The music now is all the same.
there were many impersonators but only ONE elvis
Never!
❤️*❤️ ELVIS ❤️*❤️
Elvis Presley is the greatest entertainer ever born on this earth. There will never be another like him. Such a generous soul.

And quite likely the best looking man who ever lived.....
He's great, but he aint no Freddy Mercury.
He was so handsome, what a man
Still the King
I just can’t believe this is really live. My god... his voice is just perfect...
I'm 64 and your right nobody will ever take the place of elvis the King of music
Yes. Sweet memories of Elvis songs... How are you Pauline?
THE KING WILL LIVE ON FOREVER !!!!!!
Imagine being there... listening to the best voice ever..
@@ireneduke5022 That is a beautiful thing he did and a memory she will always treasure. It shows he had a heart of gold.
I use to think about this so many times… :'( and maybe take from him one of his scarves!
@@bernadettenewsham8916Yeah, he had a very heart of gold. He was special, no doubt about it. His most pleasure was to help people in need; he didn't need to know who need help, he just fulfill the need. And most of his charities were non-public. Amazing man, love him.
@@ireneduke5022 I also read how he did that to a young girl when she caught his scarf and a lady stole it off her
I love the sideways look at his backup singers after he did the difficult changing notes perfectly. If you read the official autopsy report about all his physical problems he suffered from, it’s a wonder he was able to perform at all. Thank you Elvis for giving me a lifetime of music to listen to at 78yo as I grew up with your magnificent voice.
I agree. He sang with feeling from his heart. I listen to this song often. Love him.
I am about the same age as you, and I followed Elvis from 1957 when I first heard him, and was never disappointed with him, his voice is so emotional, and the variation in his songs is fantastic.🙏👌😎
Yea, he was like. " I did that", you see. 😅❤😢
They should make a Movie of Aloha in HAWAII❤
Vivrai per sempre
Lieber Elvis, Du bist der bester Kunstler aller Zeiten. Deine lieder haben zeitlosen Stil ohne sie kann man nicht leben.

Das ist richtig
That look only he could give-there will never be anyone like him❤
Imagine telling elvis in 1973 a guy like me from a small town in Scotland in 2023 50 years later at 30 year old I’d still and will always be listing to him 😊no matter what mood I’m in , there’s a Song for it . His legacy will live on FOREVER !
It’s hard to believe he has now been gone more years than he lived. But I’ll remember you, Elvis.
No voice could ever compare to his absolute beauty in his voice is something to always remember he will never be forgotten
I'm 74 & wake up every morning listening to an old time favourite from The King. I've been hypnotized by him since the age of eight.
Charisma and Talent ... FANTASTIC ELVIS PRESLEY
Hello Maria, How are you doing?
How right you are thanks for your deep from heart writting
I think so too is though he still loved Priscilla.
@@valoriebritton2047
Elvis died when his mother died, at the end of his life with the drugs and obesity, l think he'd given up....
He died from a broken heart, as my mother did 😪...
@@Timur_aka_Tamerlane
Have you read or watched on here, he was having 3 attacks as they were called,
a day one attack would have been enough for a week.
A beautiful man..inside and out.
Enjoyed hearing you sing too!!!
I saw Elvis live in Pittsburgh on New Year’s Eve 1976. What a performance!! I’ve loved him since Zi was a kid. No one will ever take his place. ❤❤❤
