DIY Chalk Paint Recipe:
2 parts acrylic or latex paint
1 part pure talc (Do not use cornstarch baby powder it won't work because the cornstarch is too slippery!)
Mix very well, shaking is best. Check the paint often to make sure that the all the talc is incorporated. Use on any dull surface such as raw wood, plastic, metal. If you are gluing the project onto something, glue it first, then paint it. Sometimes the baby powder doesn't hold the glue very well.

I purchased that Sublimation roll and was confused how to use it. I was looking for something to use on cotton shirts but couldn't figure instructions out. So glad I watched this video. Going to save for future reference. Loved all of your projects especially the birdhouses.
I loved everything but the birdhouses was my favorite! I loved how you used the paper as well as crackled paint. You gave great instructions/ demo. of how to do it. The sublimation is very cool and I like how you are offering kits. That is so like you Sandra to think of all of us. Question, did you prewash any of your fabrics or the tea towels? Take care Sandra!

However the bunny that you painted with the three different colors and distressed just wasn’t my style at all but I’m sure there are those who love it as well. What did you mean when you said you printed off your sublimation designs? Did you use sublimation paper or a special printer?
Hi, yes I have a sublimation printer with sublimation ink and I use sublimation paper to print off the designs.
What glue do you use to adhere the paper to the top of the birdhouse
Glue stick!!
We should be able to print any design from our own printer tho, right??
Yes, you can print designs from your own printer but they won't transfer to fabric.
