I've been listening to this music and waves for many nights to help me rest. I struggle to fall asleep because of pain. I read a few comments for the first time tonight and my heart was warmed within me. To those who come after me and read my comment, allow yourself to be encouraged by the words of others here. To: @Doctor Dragon Yes! It is th horizontal white line between th ocean & sky that gives off that vibe. Plus th sky is lighter near that line rather than up closer to th moon & stars. Years ago my wife and I went to Grand Cayman to get our Advance Scuba certification. After 2 long dives in the afternoon we had a relaxing dinner with cocktails and then went out to the beach. The nitrogen in our bodies from the day of diving along with the cocktails acted like a weak sedation. Once it got dark we pulled 2 chaises into about one foot deep water. It was already night and between the beautiful starry night and the sounds of the waves like in this video we both fell into one of the deepest, most restful sleeps we've ever had.

i fall asleep to this every night and leave this on in the parrot's room. funny story - the nights it gets dark before i come to turn this on, they yell until someone turns it on and a different video will not do, we've tried. it has to be this one lol. this one is the best though. thanks for making this and putting it up.

I love the night skyline too along w/the stars above & the haze coming off the water in the background - i also really love the stream of light that’s shining underneath the water on shore, however, i could have sworn that i hear some seagull bird sounds in the video which i don’t think they do at night???
Finally some Waves that is not White noise and every time i find something with waves that is something to sleep with its always loud and its White noise and White noise stresses your Brain and i finally found a a video with no High sounds of waves beacause thats bad to hear when you want to sleep pls like this took a Long time writing it all Down
