When I was a kid, I spent the best five summers of my life at a camp in northeast Pennsylvania, in Wayne county. One day a summer storm had come through, and the power went out. It was still out when night fell, and you could see the whole of the Milky Way galaxy. If that doesn't sound amazing enough, a meteor shower started. It was breathtaking. I managed to get permission to lay outside and watch. I fell asleep like that, watching the sky. It remains to this day the most beautiful thing I've ever seen and I still dream about it occasionally. This isn't quite the same thing, but it's close enough. Thanks for the nostalgia.
