Reminds me of a place where my late husband used to go on vacation on the gulf of Mexico. All the condos faced the beach. One could sit on the balcony and just watch the sea and hear this beautiful sound 24/7. I'd take a book out on the balcony thinking I would read, but I couldn't read. The ocean was so mesmerizing that I'd just nod off to the sound. With this video, I get to go back and enjoy the sound all over again.

I'm pregnant in my 3rd trimester and was dealing with insomnia and restlessness. I tried various other sleep/meditation videos and apps and nothing was helping me. I'd get frustrated part way through or wake up an hour later wide awake again. But this one... I sleep. Deep sleep. I wake up multiple times per usual to pee but I always put this right back on and fall right back to sleep. A week of solid sleep now has me feeling so much better. Thank you for this video!

There is also a beautiful 'outside break' (waves cresting in the distance" that is mesmerizing to watch, too. I hope things are better for you now in the UK, Mr. Goodfellow. We are experiencing a slight 'increase' in cases as we are beginning to 'Open Businesses' back up. Seems so 'insignificant' in the big scheme of things, but I was so delighted to finally be able to get a pedicure after three months of business shut-downs. So glad our shop was able to "survive" as many have not. ;-(

It's very hard for me to fall asleep at night these days, so what a joy to find these ocean waves/moon light nights which bring back so many wonderful memories of beach camping and a bungalow on the beach where it was so easy to fall asleep. This is the best.
Naturally these quiet moments where time fades, and higher or wiser thoughts are received directly by our inner beings. That they are being "Received" from cooperative components becomes more obvious with practice.

The visual is stunning. My wish is to see the ocean. It may be put on hold for numerous reasons but it is still my goal. My late father and sister spoke how gorgeous it is. My brother loves Myrtle Beach. Anyway, great video.
I'm kinda boxed in at the moment myself, however I used to live at the beach. Ocean water has over 300 trace ancient minerals, hard to find thru our food. Your skin being the largest organ on your body, drinks in these nutrients we so need, and you feel almost high from being in the water for a half an hour or so. I can't think of a better tonic for health and happiness. Get to the beach AS SOON AS YOU CAN 🌊

My life has changed, due to the death of my husband in 2020. We were married for 44 years, he was my peace and calm before going to sleep. Now, l listen too the waves of the ocean and think about him and fall asleep. Music is therapeutic for me.
I was having an anxiety attack and very anxious 😟 couldn’t 😴 but I put it on my iPad and slept like a 🍼 baby. I did deep mediation and prayers to God like been in Heaven I really slept good didn’t need to take my medicine at nighttime. Thanks so very much for sharing it was a lifesaver for me. as a kid in the 60s i lived in brookdale we went to the beach a few times i miss that part of my life now in utah

Anyone notice how kind our insomniac community always behaves? It's so fascinating, and wonderful, it helps me fall asleep with one less worry knowing ya'll are out there, listening to the same sounds...thank you all for being so kind and supportive to everyone.
Another insomniac here too. I'm so grateful to have folks remember us and make such a long recording. I'm sad to know that others struggle for sleep, but I feel better for the added company, knowing I'm not alone. If nothing else, the wonder of rest is amazing too. Thank you! 👏

@@Vicster.2020 I love to watch how the tide is coming in, and surrounding the big rock in the foreground. There is also a beautiful 'outside break' (waves cresting in the distance" that is mesmerizing to watch, too. I hope things are better for you now in the UK, Mr. Goodfellow. We are experiencing a slight 'increase' in cases as we are beginning to 'Open Businesses' back up. Seems so 'insignificant' in the big scheme of things, but I was so delighted to finally be able to get a pedicure after three months of business shut-downs. So glad our shop was able to "survive" as many have not. ;-(

It's very hard for me to fall asleep at night these days, so what a joy to find these ocean waves/moon light nights which bring back so many wonderful memories of beach camping and a bungalow on the beach where it was so easy to fall asleep. This is the best.
Naturally these quiet moments where time fades, and higher or wiser thoughts are received directly by our inner beings. That they are being "Received" from cooperative components becomes more obvious with practice.
This scenery looks so beautiful, relaxing and calming. My eye lids are getting so heavy that I zzzzzzzxxxxxxxxxxxxxx😪

The visual is stunning. My wish is to see the ocean. It may be put on hold for numerous reasons but it is still my goal. My late father and sister spoke how gorgeous it is. My brother loves Myrtle Beach. Anyway, great video.
I'm kinda boxed in at the moment myself, however I used to live at the beach. Ocean water has over 300 trace ancient minerals, hard to find thru our food. Your skin being the largest organ on your body, drinks in these nutrients we so need, and you feel almost high from being in the water for a half an hour or so.
I can't think of a better tonic for health and happiness.

I was having an anxiety attack and very anxious 😟 couldn’t 😴 but I put it on my iPad and slept like a 🍼 baby. I did deep mediation and prayers to God like been in Heaven I really slept good didn’t need to take my medicine at nighttime. Thanks so very much for sharing it was a lifesaver for me.
