No nonsense how to with character, knowledge & style! So much better than the majority of build vids with Americanised dance routine b0ll0cks. Great stuff guys, learnt a lot 👏🏻
Wonderfully addictive viewing...what a great job you do for so many. Thank you! Your hard work has given me the confidence to buy a build pack for my sons 7m x 4m build - spring 2025 project. Quality time with him spent building will be priceless and its all down to you. I am so appreciative and hope you know the pleasure you have given. Wishing you and John all the best. Cheers.
Love it! Thanks again Liam, John and Davey for yet another great informative video. Build coming along nicely and got to admit I'm impressed with the Milwaukee First Fix Nail Gun. Well, apart from the nail jam 😂 Look forward to Part 5.
Great to see you back building a garden room but you're making me look bad here. I'm about 8 weeks in and you've nearly caught me in a few days 😂 Highly recommended a build pack to anyone thinking of doing a build.
Thanks mate, it's totally doable on your own in your spare time with your videos and build pack for anyone considering it. Even for a spark to build one 🤣
Loving the videos. Super in-depth and thank you for being so generous with your expertise. I'm looking at an 8x4m gradient room with full glass on front and one side. Gather I will need planning permission for this (32 Sqm). Do you have a kit for something like this guys?
If I'd spent time building a garden room instead of watching these videos I'd have several built by now😂. This maybe a stupid question but could you build one from the plans as a shed, without insulation etc... but then in a couple of years add the insulation etc...and make it into a garden room.
@@thegardenroomguru Thanks so much for answering buddy. I think what's confusing me is that the spacers are cut at 90 and the side of the noggins are pushed tight up against them, but somehow the top of the noggin also appears to be fully aligned and flush with the tilt of the roof.
@@thegardenroomguru Ahhhh perfect that's what I'm missing. Thought it was about 15 or something. Thanks mate. You are one in a million for doing this. Build pack is great too.

Can’t help but watch this series. Still amazing to see the work ethic by Liam and his team. So good to have you back!!!

thank you for taking the time to write this mate
thanks for sharing your knowledge
Davey is a good cameraman. That bloke who does all the talking and John - they play their parts of course, but the real talent here is the cameraman!
@@keithmiller5042 😂we try mate, but Davey? Wasted here

Another great video,, thank you.x
I see myself during insulation. Kicking it in😂

you will mate, all our permitted development packs are under 30m2

yes mate, id insulate the floor though as you wont be able to do this after
Cheers. Really enjoy your content. Will we get back to the garden build again at some point?
I think I've missed part 3 🤦
Catch up for you then mate
Is it worth the extra from C18 or C24 timber. Seen you have C16 but my supplier has quoted for C18 as standard.
Not at all mate unless your building to building control where they want to see a grade
I've seen some builds leave an air gap behind the insulation so the insulation boards aren't flush with the back OSB. Can it be done either way?
They want to be tight back matev
No you don’t

He’s upset mate, I must of previously removed him from my Facebook group so he’s come on here to grind his axe I guess, he’ll get bored eventually
Have the neighbours said anything yet? Even though it’s in permitted development
no mate, all quite on the western front
I can’t find part 3 Liam

Why do you cut 2 pieces of 450 for the bottom wall insulation rather than just 1 900 piece?
They are 450 wide mate, if you cut them down the length you have loads of slithers left over
What’s the subscriber count doing. Surely on an upward trend now?
It’s always been upwards, just at a different pace
Still don't get how the roof overhang noggins stay flush with the top of the roof if the roof is pitched.
they stay flush with the side trimmer top which is also pitched the same as the roof
