How do you know its the best car? Do u own it? I know someone who does and is fed up. Had to tow the car thrice to service centre in a year coz the drive modes stopped functioning. Compare it with Hyundai, Maruti, Toyota cars where in 10 years, owners had to visit service centre only for the annual maintenance. That's why people buy those cars despite poor safety. Check Team BHP forums' thread about "Niggles in my Harrier". Everyone is facing big issues with the car.
I am in the market myself for a sub 4m Csuv, and was seriously considering Nexon Petrol, but internet is full of Tata fanboys who don't own or haven't ever driven a Nexon, and prevent prospective buyers of a genuine review of the car.

I went Hyundai showroom to ask about Creta .. but the salesman was like khade ho khade rho Creta hai ni na booking hai and started other work. Pathetic Hyundai. Thoda car bikne lgi to aukat dikha rhe

This kind of incident happens depending on the place and showroom..
Unfortunately if it happens in Tata showrooms then people rage about it and call them worst customer experience...

Just miss the 360 degree camera view..
Such a big SUV..I just crushed my under engine sheet because of a big stone someone placed in front of car ... I could not see because of size of bonnet.. a must is 360 degree parking camera

Nil , first two services are just checks for looses and leakages.. no other refills or changes in any oil etc.
Urea top up costed 550 ruppes, it was optional, opted to refill

Been driving Tata aria LX for more than 100k. Kms, I am impressed with it, no issues whatsoever, now looking forward for Gravitas . Which will be my next car.(seven seater)

Tata must introduce a car between nexon and harrier bc. Creta and seltos like cars being sold like hot cakes and reason is now their size. They are equally good both on highway and city driving where as harrier is the king of highway. Actually nexon turbo can be a great choice over creta as a compelet package but people not that analytical still today so same dimensions product like creta and seltos also must be Tata's line up.
Tata will introduce black bird soon it will be in the segment of creta and seltos
Tata Black Bird will fill gap between Nexon and Harrier

I drive 2012 TATA ARIA. 2.2 Dicor, 138 HP. Amazing suspension, Amazing seat cushioning, Solid solid built quality, very comfortable on highway, excellent space inside.

I had bad experience with Hyundai as well. Product may be good but service and sales team is third class.

Bhai Creta waiting pr chal ri hai usme Company ka koi dosh ni hai, demand kaafi zyaada hai Creta ki! Even we have two Creta in our home and we got the second one after 3 month waiting period... we rejected Harrier bcs its low end variants are not vfm... only top end variants are vfm for harrier! And if u have a budget of around 20-22 lacs, jeep compass, innova or tucson are better options! I like Harrier too but its just not vfm🥴

This is absolutely true.... I had checked sonet and Nexon... The Kia showroom has shown zero interest to sell the car and tata has done a great job in telling abt the car, for test drive, for highlighting their usp ..

You have really improved your video on customer review and this is a good example for it. But you should take 1-2 mins to give the walk around of the car especially when it is not the top model. What is the difference and what are the things missing outside and inside. Like this was Harrier XM model and there are not many videos for XM model on youtube.
I am happy to see more and more Harrier are being seen at my home city Jamshedpur, my Nexon XZA+ D is approaching 55,000 and it's highway experience is awesome.

Bhai petrol car se harrier disel pe switched hona kitna sahi he??.. Kyunki me b harrier pe switched karna chata hu from my existing petrol car.. So kya ye car sahi se justice kar paegi? Ya muze truck wala feeling ayega like lots of noise, hard steering, clutch... Etc
Harrier is a fine product, no noise and other issues, You may find steering a little hard if you are switching from petrol but its precise, you will get used to

TATA harrier , Kia Seltos , Hyundai Creta teeno gaadiya apne apne budget me best hai lookwise bhi aur Engine performance wise bhi. Tata harrier me thodi jyada power milegi lekin fir mileage bhi thoda kum milega seltos aur Creta ke comparison me. To ye depend karta hai apki individual requirement kya hai aur apka budget kya hai. Respective trim k hissab se harrier gaadi seltos & creta k har model se almost 3-4 lakh rs costly hai. ARAI certified mileage harrier ka 16.4 hai diesel me
Bhai please kisi XUV 300 ka bhi review kro, they are also Indian Manufacturer, plus the thing is that car is wider than Creta and has more powered engine than Creta.
Looking at other's reviews I don't think anyone talks about the things the way you do. So I hope you expand your horizons and make videos on Mahindra cars as well.
