THANK YOU VERY, VERY MUCH for this video! EXACTLY what myself and what I assume is the vast majority of folks clicking on this video need. Sure a vid of the process would be a nice addition, but a breakdown of an effective and economical route to go, along with what to avoid is more than enough to get everyone started. Heading out to buy tools now!
Ok, so do you have a vid demonstrating how you bored out those wheels? I have a sweet set of wheels that I would like to throw on my Benz. The wheels are 57.1 and my Benz is 66.6
Aluminum's metal... gonna assume you meant steel. I'm pretty sure from the shavings, along with how the shavings gummed-up that finer blade (had the same thing happen with a small, cylinder stone... my 1st attempt) that it was a set of aluminum rims. Steelies would probably require a much harder,finer-cutting bit.
Please this is absolutely not the way to enlarge a circle with a router. Learn how to use a bearing as the guide. A flushcut bit with a 1/32 undersized bearing on the first pass. Flip it over and then use a flushcut bit with a flush bearing riding on the new cut

I can’t find that Ryobi set anywhere
Home Depot is the only in-store retailer of Ryobi that I know of.
How did you use that setup to only take a bit of the material? I don't see a stopper or a bearing to make that hole round?
You wing it and ruin the rims
where did you buy the but that actually worked.
Home depot
How long it takes
Id say about 2 minutes each
You did aluminum wheels or metal?
