Do you think that upper arm HR monitor works better than the one on the wrist? They are both similar optical sensors
How long of a taper is he doing April 14th is in like 2 weeks and you said 2 more weeks of training then we taper??

Jeremy, did you notice better recovery after drinking raw Milk. Also, will it still be helpful after 3 hours post workout?
Definitely! Raw milk is amazing. Carbs, protein, fat. Lots of vitamins and minerals. Easy to digest. Perfect post workout drink
