Will My Kioti Tractor CK2610 Cab START in -15°C ??

- Starting the Kioti CK2610 cab - 10°. will it start?? I never attempted to start my Kioti in such cold weather conditions. But I want to go for some snow plowing and snow removal with my trusty Kioti Tractor CK2610 Cab. Let's see what happens!

Nice tractor! Wish I had a cab on my Bobcat ct2035. Someday ill get there. For now a snowmobile helmet will work. 😂

The truest test is without any heating. I would be interested to see that demonstration.

Why put your tractor through that? Let the factories do the testing.
Mine will start ok in the cold but it takes awhile for the Hyd. Oil to thin so everything is in slow motion for about 20 min.
Mine as well try to use the hydraulics as much as possible before I start moving the tractor get everything thinned out viscosity wise LOL happy New years tractor on
Remember to read the manual. Warm up times go up with decreasing temps. Below zero I warm up 20-30 mins.
Highly recommended treating all diesel with Hot Shot's Secret winter formula. Project Farm reviewed diesel additives and it came out on top. I had no gelling at - 25 F
Man mine starts in the cold all the time it is inside in a garage not insulated with a cement floor. Juat glow the plugs and it starts. Never had an issue.

What are you using for the oil heater? One of the magnetic ones?
Hey thanks for taking the time to watch my video it's a heating pad that was installed from the dealership. The pad is located on the underside of the engine simply plug it in and it keeps the oil from freezing up. Just like the ones you'd have on a truck. I've had lots of interest on this so I'll probably do a video on this. Thanks again and happy New years.

What trickle charger are you using?
It is a 4 amp trickle charger (battery tender), works good to make sure battery is always ready to go,
but if the battery was all the way dead I would need to use a larger charger. I think for next winter

@@TimberJay Here in SASK. I use a battery blanket on my Massey 1742. Also a block heater below -10c.
you should add diesel HEAT to your fuel.
