DEBOSS GARAGE I love when my 2 favorite Automotive Dr Frankensteins meet in the wild... What would be the result of such encounter? A-series powered Audi v8 or mid-engined turboed SBC Austin Mini?
Lately that This old Tony channel has also suffered from some content issues... people working in their own garage just don't get enough content for years lasting entertainment. BOM on the other hand, just one single project and what a project it is!
Nah, I've been getting tired of MCM doing the same shit over and over with the big builds of cars that they keep for a year and then sell. They need to get back to their old DIY stuff
I hate when people suggest MCM colabs with channels that are actually mechanical. FFS, when they did Roadkill they had to bring several people with them to do a bunch of cosmetic and a tune
Everything said about time and production is true! ...only they made it sound a whole lot softer and easier than it really is. Bless you for the shoutout! I will happily and gracefully wear runner-up to MCM and all of those other great channels as a badge of honor!
You're far better than MCM, if I wanted someone obsessed with "JDM is lyfe" and making dick jokes I'd just go to my mates place instead of wasting my time on youtube
I hadnt seen your channel before (Jafromobile), so I checked out your latest video...didnt even make it past the spider diatribe before knowing I'd like what I saw. Consider me a new viewer :) Was not surprised at all about the MCM shoutout, that would be a really fun collaboration, but was surprised and pleased to hear Toms Turbo Garage mentioned too, hes got a great channel.
I've just spent three days watching all 16 episodes -- and this -- AGAIN. You have easily created the best fabrication project on TH-cam. Thank you. btw, the most satisfying sound in my shop is an impact wrench.
You know your youtube subscription if getting better and better when these channels know each others work and all of them are quite remarkable! THUMBS UP TO ALL THE SHED BUILDERS AND TUNNERS!
100% agree with you on tyres Nik! It never ceases to amaze me how many folks fit the cheapest possible rubber and then wonder why they can't stay on the road when things start getting a bit precipitatous! I'd rather drive something underpowered with decent rubber (and infact I do), than something with lots of go and ditchfinders at every corner! Great Q&A - love Project Binky and everything you've done so far.
Just wanted to say you guys are awesome. Fantastic mix of British humor and OCD fueled fabrication. Two of my most favorite things (besides women and beer).
As a motor head that's restored several vehicles, this is by far the best project to follow along. Thanks again from a person who can no longer do this.
You know your doing something right when your audience prioritises one of your videos over literally anything they happen to be doing at the time. Entertaining as hell guys. Keep it up :)
You two represent million's of us blokes that have or had a project car in the shed, and never quite finished it for different reasons. Come to Australia, it's warmer. Mighty car mods build off would be great
i would like to thank you for the power steering bracket build video. when my customer have started a sentence with " all you have to do is" i have stoped them and told them to come watch your video on the bracket. It is spectacular
Jafromobile deserves the shout, one of the best and most informative channels on the tube. MMC are great also, and I would also have to include AvE. I hope viewers realise how lucky we are to have these people, selflessly sharing their know-how with us all.
Great work Lads, always get a grin on my face when I see a notification for a new Bad Obsession video, I can literally waste hrs watching u 2 haha Shout out from Brisbane Australia. Keep up the good work.
I so love this build and am totally hooked having watched 35 episodes in 5 days. you guys do in metal what we are doing with fiberglass: taking a world championship winning offshore race catamaran and creating a fast, efficient offshore tournament fishing cat. From inboard blower motors and surface drives to outboards, designing and creating totally new topsides with every component fabricated from scratch and molding for subsequent builds as we go. I feel your pain and sense of achievement guys. So looking forward to seeing this thing get to the road.
So impressed with the quality of the work you're doing. I find the 'time' problem exasperating; my project was to take 2 years and here I am five years into it and there's still the interior to do. But at least now the car is ready for MOT - well, almost ready... Best wishes and keep up the great work!
You guys rock :) And contrary to many other commenters I don't mind one bit that you take the time out for Q&A, outtakes and whatever other bit of fun you come up with. I mean, who cares whatever it's going to take 21 or 27 years to finish the build as long as we get a bit of content more regularly :P
My first and most loved car was a 1983 Renault 5 (Le Car) US version R1229 and had many of them during my lifetime until their demise. They weren't very fast but handled quite well and durable as all get out. Surprised and also somewhat honored to have owned a car that experts like you have once owned. Keep up the good work !!!!
Thank goodness you guys are back. Any truth to the rumours you were at the Grammy awards in America? Apparently you were dressed in white Lycra and white feathers and were dancing in the background in Kesha s performance? Think all this fame and Hollywood going to your heads!
My old man retired from his one-man-band garage about 7 years ago and when you were listing all your cars off, it was a trip through my childhood, minus a few jaguars XJ12s. I had a mini and it was welded almost weekly. Still, could've been worse....it could've been an Austin All-aggro! Keep em coming chaps, very entertaining!
I know this is an old video, and this is not likely to be seen, but I can honestly say, I have NEVER followed the same car project for 5 years straight..... I can't remember a car taking this long to build come to think of it.... and I have enjoyed, every, single second of watching you guys build this car, I am constantly keeping an eye out for when the next video comes out, even stuff like this. I thank you guys, truly, for helping me keep to my car tinkering. I work on mostly older Honda cars (2001 and older Integras and Civics mostly) and when I think something is difficult, I think of this and realize I am not working nearly as hard as you guys. I have always had a thing for the Austin Mini, and I am not a purist (for the most part) and seeing you guys doing an off the wall build like this is beyond epic. If I want to make my 1992 Honda Civic DX sedan into a all wheel drive car, I can stick with a D-series engine, or go up to a B-Series engine of my choice, and with few mods to the car I can just make it happen.... Seeing a car being built by hand and this heavily modded almost makes me just want to drop an LS7 V8 in my car. Almost.... I enjoy my 30+ miles per gallon right now, and that's with the car running rich... Sorry, ranting, anyway, if you guys do happen to read this, I mean it, if you guys ever find yourselves in Northwest Arkansas in the USA, I would be very happy to buy a round a beers for you guys. And you guys can show me how to make a proper cup of tea :)
I want to see an episode where you bow away a whole week, making the world most elaborate set of light weight, metal, tug away, "camera shutter" style size-adjustable cup holders. Just to drive us mad :-D Is it strange that I have started to enjoy the process so much more than wanting to see the project finished?
Great videos, really appreciate the methods used such as the Celica negative suspension jig thing to help fabricate the new mini floor and mounts for Celica running gear. Will be a big job to strip the fully assembled test shell back down for paint and then re-build again. Will be great to watch the final assembly part. Must take years of experience to take on a project like this, and a skilled fabricators imaginative brain to pull this of. These guys show what determination, hard work, planning, years of built up experience and really enjoying a big project like this can pull of. Used to work in vehicle body years ago and can say that the original mini had the same rust trap areas from the first to last that rolled of the production line which was pretty much everywhere, why they could not improve rust proofing over 40 years is a mystery. Great fun little cars though, this one will be manic.
Binky will get finished and then we'll all have to cultivate another obsession, so please never stop. Or do stop and do something else. What I think is missing (You probably get that line a lot) is an introduction to your tools and fixtures. I can see some are homemade or improved, or in the case of the pillar drill left completely alone, but I always find myself wanting to see more of them. They are, for me at least, a fairly unsung part of the wonder and inspiration of this channel, and at least as interesting as the build. But then, perhaps the idea of adding any more workload to the video shooting and editing chores fills you with dread. Thanks for all the hard work.
I've been working on my 95 VR6 Golf for 5 years and not nearly as involved and complicated as your build. Glad to see another 'something' on project Binky
The MCM Mini vs Binky would certainly be entertaining to watch once Binky is complete. If it ever happens. And there's also the issue of Britain being quite a distance from Australia.
When mcm did a collaboration in the USA, they built the suburute in a few days, so transporting a car isn't a problem. It's a case of what type of collaboration they did.
This video shows exactly why i love to watch you guys....firstly i like to see people solving problems and create things from barely nothing and of course the interaction between you two...the language and the banter.....most of all the true friendship (which is kind of rare nowadays)....keep going on and have fun......we will be watching... :D
I could literally watch you two talk about your projects or basically anything car related for hours! It is always a pleasure to watch two people who absolutely love what they do, even when it is colder than a well diggers ass in your shop! Keep up the amazing work guys! Maybe I can convince my husband that I need some more mugs and shirts to help support your efforts!
I have absolutely loved this series. It has been so entertaining to watch you guys take on such a crazy project. I restore old VWs myself, as was taught to me by my grandfather. In doing so my grandfather and I have done so pretty out there stuff. I wish now that we could have filmed some of it. Please keep doing the great work that you all do.
I think Life of Brian is the better film, although I'm glad I don't actually have to make that choice. As for favourite car I've owned. Nissan 100NX. There, I've said it. Yes, it's a Nissan Sunny pretending to be a Toyota MR2, but I loved that car. Rust killed it in the end, and a part of my soul went with it. That car taught me an important life lesson - don't get emotionally attached to your car. Keep up the great work, guys. Much appreciated!
I'm not really a car guy, but seeing how much fun you are having is still what makes this one of my favourite channels! I thought about if something like this could be done for an aeroplane, but in that case one of three things would likely happen: The thing wouldn't leave the ground, it would kill the pilot, or get the builder arrested. Possibly all three. Aviation engineering is much more regulated, and for a good reason (most of the time). Keep going, I'm always looking forward to a new episode, and although I was hoping for some more construction work, this q&a has also been great fun. Thank you!
that might be the most English thing I've ever heard. A parliamentary inquiry to the Royal Naval Board of Flags to determine if it's officially proper to refer to the flag as "Jack."
Bar none, the best channel on TH-cam. Taking the impossible, creating the improbable, resulting in the rediculous. Thank you so much for your efforts and the absolute escapist time spent well wasted watching.
That's very unfair. These guys actually know what they're talking about and do the work themselves (for all that they come across a bit like Off-Brand Clarkson and May) - they're not just figureheads standing/punching on the work of an army of uncredited production assistants.
This project has shown me levels of dedication and ingenuity I never considered possible. But your down-to-earthness and likeability is what's even more humbling.
I imagine someone in 2030 watching project Binky and wondering why two grown men age so fast between episodes. Then after the final episode wonder where the rest is because the project is not done yet.
This has got to be the best project I've have ever seen on TH-cam. Excellent work and very mesmerising to watch brackets being made. Can't wait for the paint colour and seeing the car on the road. Recently fell in love with classic minis and this project is really a watching obsession. Keep it up lads!
The comment about the 4th Dimension and taking it into account is a mind blowing thought. Thank you for being honest. Its something we rarely want to acknowledge. Especially when its something we put our heart and soul into.
Actually, even measuring things out and having them in a computer doesn't mean things are gonna fit... usually they don't. Those of us with 3D printers know that. Of course every damn time it's a "OMG i'm an idiot" thing, because we forgot some completely obvious step, but still, usually things don't fit the first time.
People too often forget about print tolerances, the thickness of the filament, or, in the case of machining things, the kerf of the bit used to remove waste material. You have to plan your cut patterns around the bit being used so your outer faces and inner faces actually measure to specifications. Its also important to plan tolerances around things like welding, which distorts panels and joints slightly, and just about any other operation not performed by machines, such as bending material. TL:DR; things rarely go as planned, even when the machines are involved.
@@mndlessdrwer Tolerances are usually fine, but i manage to design things that if they were assembled, they would fit, but it's impossible to assemble them, as something interferes with the assembly step, because i can't visualise it very well. Or i measured things wrong to begin with. I am getting better but still.
You are both too modest about this project, but maybe that isn't a bad thing. Love the quality of this build and the thought processes. Has been a long time since I did a car project with a friend, amazing how much work you can do while having a laugh.
A great attitude toward making the videos, having fun and enjoying making something crazy with great skill and knowledge...that is why people enjoy Project Binky so much. Thankyou..PS Mighty car mods???Really???
Finally an MCM comment I can agree with. I was thinking how MCM could help with anything, but they can't. Perhaps they can give some video editing tips..They most definitely shouldn't do a challenge build or anything like that.
Yes we r watching, and waiting.....get on it then and finish building the feckin in car.........this is one of the best channels on TH-cam, always happy to see a new video from you guys. Funny, informative and always a a good watch.....get it on, thanks for sharing
Lads, I have solution to your problem - lack of time! Leave your daytime jobs and work on your project(s)! I'm sure you'll easy find sponsors and other people that will with joy help you and finance you to finish them. Cheers!
You both doing great work with this and people loves you! Down to earth lads. And I'm sure they all want to see more of yours projects, laughs and wisdom! And only way is your full time on fun (projects) not on work (daytime work). And picture this, you'll be your own bosses!
You guys just have a good mind set on pretty much everything, that's why we like you! I like to tinker on cars and can appreciate a "creative challenge" one in a while, but you guys brought it to a whole new level.... like off the scale! Good show guys.
richard guest and then there comes alan, turbo yoda from mcm, wich is the best of both words, use the things you have, in a neat and time-efficient way
I think, they're doing fine on their own. Plus, a collaboration takes precious time away from the important bit, like continuing their own projects. Projects like their life, family, their normal work... Oh and Binky.
I have been here since Ep 4 showed up in my you tube to watch box back in 2013 and have loved all of it. the metal work is some of the best out there but that damn heater box is over the top and raises the bar for every car show on you tube and TV combined. I have waited like every one and for the last 6 years have never been disappointed at the end of the some times long wait for what's next . you could keep it up tell your a hundred and we would follow .
In other news, you lot have of course inspired my E-Minor project, shoehorning a 2013 Prius into a 1956 Morris minor ute. Yes. It's your fault. forums.aeva.asn.au/viewtopic.php?t=4952
About the 15min mark you very quickly list off a few youtubers who you'd collaborate with... Perhaps you could give us a few guys out there that we could subscribe to while we wait for your next installment...
Gentlemen your dedication to tea is admirable but sadly embracing the perversion of the tea bag sadly seriously detracts from your "tea cred" A proper cup of tea requires the use of a good tea pot (with cosy ) freshly boiled water, real tea leaves, and a well designed tea cup.
How important is the age of the tea bag? They said theirs are 3-4 years old. I don't drink tea, so how long does a tea bag set before it's not good for making tea?
Terry H a tea bag is never ideal for the preparation of tea. Regardless, the enjoyment of tea is all down to preference. Make it how you like it. If you like your tea milky with sweetener, then bagged tea is fine for that. It extracts readily and holds up well to the addition of dairy and sweetener. If you want to appreciate finer nuances of tea flavor, probably don't use bagged tea. Depends on what you want out of your tea drinking experience. You can also enjoy them both in different circumstances. I can appreciate sweet tea made with bagged tea because the sweetening negates much of the necessity for a higher quality tea, whereas for hot tea without milk, I will use a higher quality full leaf, loose leaf tea. Something that hasn't undergone the CTC processing or is a broken leaf tea. Pretentiousness has its place and time, but it isn't necessary to appreciate tea. Edit: forgot to answer the actual question. As long as tea is kept at relatively low humidity, it never really goes bad, it just loses flavor and aroma. Tea bags that use broken leaf tea and fines will lose most of their flavor after only a few months exposure to air. Foil sealed teabags will last significantly longer, even up to a few years time before the flavors begin to degrade. If your teabags have noticeably discolored or appear to have water spots, discard them. Exposure to high humidity or direct exposure to water can allow for the growth of mold on your tea leaves, and that can make you ill.
These are working men, and so they drink working man's tea, not some hoity toity, pinky extended, social gathering, dainty tea-cupped, nose-in-the-air, bit of prissyness! Working Man's Tea! In a Real MUG, Most likely embellished with grease stains! Nuff Said!
As an engineer I cant tell you how gratifying it is to see such attention to detail, skill, quality workmanship and obsession (bad or otherwise), really love it, I patiently await the next episode.
hi camy256, i just heard that said in a video i watched recently, but, because i watch a lot of different car related shows, i was scratching my head trying to think of the channel i heard that said on. What channel are you referring too pls ?
Andrew Murray Sorry for the delayed reply! The channel i was referring to is called hydraulic press channel, give them a watch! They post good content :)
Yes we're frustrated by the speed of progress... but guys, pleases keep on keeping on. What you do is excellent and I can't wait for the next installment. Power to the grinder.
Book a plane ticket boys! We’d love to have you over and work on something together. Let’s do it!!
There's the comment I was looking for, but Binky vs VTEC Mini vs Turbo 4WD Mira around Nürburgring would be something else!
+Mighty Car Mods 😁 Gonna have to arrange something soon. It'll be a blast. Cheers guys!
I'd like to see that!
OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD! OH MY GOD!
can't wait for this collab. my favorite you tube channels @mightycarmods
"I would rather do easy things. Just so happens that to achieve what I want, it's not easy. Doesn't mean you don't do it."
Perfectly said.
DEBOSS GARAGE I love when my 2 favorite Automotive Dr Frankensteins meet in the wild... What would be the result of such encounter? A-series powered Audi v8 or mid-engined turboed SBC Austin Mini?
All things stop when Project Binky gets an update.
Well said!
This and "This Old Tony"...
absolutely,
I have many subscriptions but only BOM has notifications turned on!
Lately that This old Tony channel has also suffered from some content issues... people working in their own garage just don't get enough content for years lasting entertainment. BOM on the other hand, just one single project and what a project it is!
A Mighty Car Mods and Bad Obsession Motorsport collaboration would be epic!
progolfer69 it’d take for ever!! Haha
MCM boys are good at ordering stuff done, much rather watch the dust on Binky grow thicker than watching those two shouting at the mic..
I had the exact same thought! :)
Nah, I've been getting tired of MCM doing the same shit over and over with the big builds of cars that they keep for a year and then sell. They need to get back to their old DIY stuff

Bless you for the shoutout! I will happily and gracefully wear runner-up to MCM and all of those other great channels as a badge of honor!
15:10 gives a good list of car channels to follow.
You're far better than MCM, if I wanted someone obsessed with "JDM is lyfe" and making dick jokes I'd just go to my mates place instead of wasting my time on youtube

Was not surprised at all about the MCM shoutout, that would be a really fun collaboration, but was surprised and pleased to hear Toms Turbo Garage mentioned too, hes got a great channel.
Oh look jafro is here😀
I was so excited when they gave you the shoutout!
My major enjoyment in watching Project Binky is seeing the pair of you age with each successive video.
Thank you for the extremely kind shoutout gentlemen! I enjoyed the Q and A!
+Tom's Turbo Garage You're welcome Tom!
TTG + BOM + MCM = World trip car build episode? Did I hear south america?
Well, @Tom's Turbo Garage; because of them, I found your channel and had a blast watching your Buick GN series.
Oh how much I like that car
I've just spent three days watching all 16 episodes -- and this -- AGAIN. You have easily created the best fabrication project on TH-cam. Thank you.

“Woo-Tang Ditchfinders”. Not heard that for years.
Got your Bad Obsession sticker on the back of my 80” Land Rover.
Keep up the good work fellas. 👍
Stephen Cresswell i deduce you own a series 1 then, you lucky sod!
Im pretty sure Project Binky is the most anticipated show on TH-cam. Keep up the excellent work.
+Lucas Easton Thank you.
Do steel bolts react with aluminium
❤
MotionAutoTv yasss
Bloody hell, you get everywhere ;)
it really is impressive!
Other than you and Tom, did you catch the names of the two others?
Who would have thought Bad Obsession Motorsports knows of you, I think you can feel honoured. (Which you should, you make great videos)
You two represent million's of us blokes that have or had a project car in the shed, and never quite finished it for different reasons.
Come to Australia, it's warmer.
Mighty car mods build off would be great
The best sound a tool makes?
Easy, it's you guys.
You crack me up, love your work, although, I think I'll be 90 by the time Blinky is finished.
“Make the noise” is now a stock phrase in my household for anything with an audible feedback :)
Farts included.
srtgrayfrance hell even other people.
i would like to thank you for the power steering bracket build video. when my customer have started a sentence with " all you have to do is" i have stoped them and told them to come watch your video on the bracket. It is spectacular
+manic mechanic Hope it makes them think!
Seeing a Bad Obsession Motorsport notification is the highlight of my month. You guys are L-E-G-E-N-D-S!
next project will be mini engine and running gear in a celica.
twin engined
Hahhahahahah
Jafromobile deserves the shout, one of the best and most informative channels on the tube. MMC are great also, and I would also have to include AvE. I hope viewers realise how lucky we are to have these people, selflessly sharing their know-how with us all.
Oh, I hoped it would be next build episode. At least it is good to know You're both alive and well.
Great work Lads, always get a grin on my face when I see a notification for a new Bad Obsession video, I can literally waste hrs watching u 2 haha

I was running a bath and saw this update flash up. Anyone got any industrial sized dehumidifiers and A LOT OF SPONGES?!
We love you guys. Thank you for all your work, your dedication and for bringing us this fabulous build. Much love from Maine.
Holly cow, that hole saw is certainly the wobbliest of them all!
That bit was awesome =)
Hole is allways big enough....
They need to call AvE, Abom79, or ThisOld Tony for help

I poured a beer, I sat down, I was not disappointed!!! Still loving the channel, great work lads
The beer?
My favourite channel and build. Always wanting more, but scared of (and excited for) the day in many years time when it will be done and over.
I want to see an episode where you bow away a whole week, making the world most elaborate set of light weight, metal, tug away, "camera shutter" style size-adjustable cup holders. Just to drive us mad :-D
Is it strange that I have started to enjoy the process so much more than wanting to see the project finished?
Not strange, I too love the process. I can work on my car all weekend installing a new bit and then drive it for 5 mins thinking "what's next?"
Great videos, really appreciate the methods used such as the Celica negative suspension jig thing to help fabricate the new mini floor and mounts for Celica running gear. Good work guys, absolutely love the workmanship. Keep it coming...

They are, for me at least, a fairly unsung part of the wonder and inspiration of this channel, and at least as interesting as the build. But then, perhaps the idea of adding any more workload to the video shooting and editing chores fills you with dread.
Thanks for all the hard work.
Binky looking fit and light in the background. Missing doors are the ultimate in “adding lightness”
Road kill would keep the doors but loose the bonnet
Paul's Garage did u notice the windshield? When did that happen?
I've been working on my 95 VR6 Golf for 5 years and not nearly as involved and complicated as your build. Glad to see another 'something' on project Binky
Just get in touch with Moog, they are always up for fun
Refreshing ambassadors for UK content on TH-cam ....good job guys.
The MCM Mini vs Binky would certainly be entertaining to watch once Binky is complete.
If it ever happens.
And there's also the issue of Britain being quite a distance from Australia.
Distance isn't a problem since they invented aeroplanes. It's the cost of the tickets which is now the biggest problem.
Transporting an entire car in one piece might be a problem.
When mcm did a collaboration in the USA, they built the suburute in a few days, so transporting a car isn't a problem. It's a case of what type of collaboration they did.
They didn't transport a car, they bought a Subaru in the USA and modded it in the USA, and then they left it there. The Roadkill guys still have it.
Yes exactly my point. They don't need to transport a car to do a collaboration.
You guys take all the time you need. The car is gonna be awesome when you finish it.
This video shows exactly why i love to watch you guys....firstly i like to see people solving problems and create things from barely nothing and of course the interaction between you two...the language and the banter.....most of all the true friendship (which is kind of rare nowadays)....keep going on and have fun......we will be watching... :D
+Andi Kuehni Thank you Andi.
Good to see another video guys, keep it up!
+Capt Brody Thanks Cap.
Love the passion, talent, editing, personalities.... It is the reason of your success!
Head to head battle between the MCM Mini and Binky
I'm not really a car guy, but seeing how much fun you are having is still what makes this one of my favourite channels! I thought about if something like this could be done for an aeroplane, but in that case one of three things would likely happen: The thing wouldn't leave the ground, it would kill the pilot, or get the builder arrested. Possibly all three. Aviation engineering is much more regulated, and for a good reason (most of the time). Keep going, I'm always looking forward to a new episode, and although I was hoping for some more construction work, this q&a has also been great fun. Thank you!
I thought the spirit level made the (best) noise.
You gentleman are fantastic! I absolutely love the content you produce. Please don't ever stop.
@ 6:00 So the roof of Binky will have a Confederate battle flag instead of a Union Jack? Cool!!!
Union Flag not Jack :)
The national flag of the United Kingdom is the Union Jack, also known as the Union Flag.
that is correct the term - it is now interchangeable - A Royal Naval Board of Flags ruled on this question when asked by a parliamentary body
that might be the most English thing I've ever heard.
I would watch these guys on Grand Tour or even fronting Top Gear :D
The thing is we don't watch tv or those dumbed down shows
It would be cool to see them take a go at either track!
+CamsDroid You're very kind. Thanks.
Binky has a windscreen!
OMG you're right!
And a wiper... much progress!
Good call !
Its odd though, wouldn’t it be smarter to paint it first?
Remember, this is a propper build. They will make everything, make sure it fits and runs, then disassemble everything, clean paint and reassemble.
Exactly, since they weren't sure about the placement of the scuttle panel it's probably better to check the fitment
You guys are seriously inspiring and awesome. Loving this build and have been following for years.
+Brendon Thank you Brendon.
Enjoyed! + You have a screen and wipers.👍
I'v just watched all episodes over three days and this series of Binky is bloody great looking forward to the next round...... Thanks.
I was so baited by the notification, its a q&a :(
I mean its not bad, but binky is waiting to be driven in "sunny" england!
anything binky related is fine by me, even if it's staring at it in the background
PlebzOr Blapparapp wait what? what makes you think Im arab xD
What does it matter even if he is an Arab?
By far my favorite car build, the quality and entertainment factors are better then you get with a tv program.
I don't know why but Hilman imp really rang in my head for the next project. Something like a busa turbo motor in the back
gary jones four wheel drive imp ✌️
You are both too modest about this project, but maybe that isn't a bad thing. Love the quality of this build and the thought processes. Has been a long time since I did a car project with a friend, amazing how much work you can do while having a laugh.
+g0fvt Thank you.
Ahhh so wanted this to be a build video
"...too many projects, not enough LIFE." Very well said Nik! Love the videos keep up the good work mates!
Tamas Yes Project Binky are on a totally different planet to two dudes messing around with cars in their Mum's driveway......
I have been watching this project since the beginning and I love every episode please keep going.
Whens Edd coming back....?
When Episode 17.....?
The suspenders are killing....!!!!
Yes we r watching, and waiting.....get on it then and finish building the feckin in car.........this is one of the best channels on TH-cam, always happy to see a new video from you guys. Funny, informative and always a a good watch.....get it on, thanks for sharing
+Marty Handley Thank you Marty.
Oh I got a question!
What guest would you like to invite on Project Binky? 🚗
You two are brilliant. I binge watched all of project Binki in two days. Please keep it coming!
Get a couple 19.99 quartz heaters from b and m. No moving parts
Because I can't wait to see the progress, i'm watching the project over from the beginning...
Lads, I have solution to your problem - lack of time! Leave your daytime jobs and work on your project(s)!
I'm sure you'll easy find sponsors and other people that will with joy help you and finance you to finish them. Cheers!
If only we'd thought of that... 😉
Collab with roadkill I would love to see you get annoyed at how many zip ties they use to hold there car together especially with how perfect you are
richard guest and then there comes alan, turbo yoda from mcm, wich is the best of both words, use the things you have, in a neat and time-efficient way
I think, they're doing fine on their own.
Rex Hamilton should be fully qualified to star as a dead abraham lincoln then
+JBFromOZ Well quite.
In other news, you lot have of course inspired my E-Minor project, shoehorning a 2013 Prius into a 1956 Morris minor ute.
Yes. It's your fault.
forums.aeva.asn.au/viewtopic.php?t=4952
had a look.......................big one. and interestingly different. post summin on you tube, even if it's photos. Aussie? yessssss
had another look. Perth! yesss. I'll bookmark the forum page and keep an eye on. good luck with the bureaucratic bullshit
oooh, yokahama 352's. luvved them. good tyre
YOU GUYS ARE GREAT keep up the great work its looking awesome cant wait to see more of this build
About the 15min mark you very quickly list off a few youtubers who you'd collaborate with... Perhaps you could give us a few guys out there that we could subscribe to while we wait for your next installment...
David Jason is the one to collaborate with.
You deserve a proper heated shop.
Looking forward to the next episodes of Binky.
Kind regards.
+Matt Nicholas Thank you Matt. Appreciate that.
Soon as you said jafromobile 😁
I love watching you guys make brackets. .can wait for the next episode.
"Sometimes you just want a 400 ton commercial press." Oh boy, do i have a channel you will like!
hi camy256, i just heard that said in a video i watched recently, but, because i watch a lot of different car related shows, i was scratching my head trying to think of the channel i heard that said on.
MCM 😍😍😍😍
What a great Q&A, liked the honesty and that you guys are having fun with it all!
+Deon Cloete Thanks Deon.
