@@rambo8218 you need to spend some actual time in the woods before you go making comments like the ones you're making. You're absolutely reeking of zero wilderness experience. @TCTBNL knows my wilderness credentials. I can start a fire by using a rock and striking a spark off the back of my knife into char cloth or punk wood. Why did I learn these kimds pf tricks? Because Bic lighters fail. The switch can break, they get soaked, they run out of fluid, they crack, or the spark wheel can seize. I use them as my first line of fire starting but I have had one fail on me when I needed it most when I got lost on a hunting trip. Thank God I had my backpacking burner to be able to ignite some wood to get a fire started or I wouldn't be sitting here

I love Tops knives. I have a Dawn Warrior, a jack of all trades. I find a 17⁰ edge bevel works great on 1095.

Cool looking blade. My only gripe with Tops is their “differential” heat treat. Makes it a pain in the ass to use a ferro rod on most of their knives

Buy a bic lighter
@@rambo8218 got one but they get wet and run out of fluid so you will eventually need a ferro rod
@@dualsportedc bull butter... A Bic lighter will dry out in seconds and start a fire 10 times easier.
Keep your lighter in a water proof container.
