    In Kenya we learnt of Jinja as the second largest because of many industries located there and the presence of Owen falls which Generate power..This Mbarare city looks like Kenyan Kisii town

      Jjinjja should be second, it has had industries there for along time. I was Mbarara in the seventies it looked more like our town Bombo. Iam sure it has grown with Museveni in power.

      @@kenkelly2052 I have to been to both back in 70s. Mbarara is not even a city, it's a town. The city of jinja manufactures, which makes a very big difference

    It's true Mbarara is the second largest to kampala because these denying it's second position it like they are in sleeping mode . You can't compare any town in Uganda with Mbarara it's even nearly to surpas Kampala
