I visited Kabale back in the past, obviously a lot has changed so it would nice to reduce the loud background music, and give a bit of commentary as to which direction you are heading i.e towards Kisoro or Mbarara in relation to popular spots i.e resturant or hotels it would help towards oriention with the beautiful town.

But truth be told most of our urban centers lack phisical planning. In a few years Uganda will turn into a slum if nothing is done.
Its not a municipality, its a town council, I don't agree with its municipality status just like I don't agree with Ntungamo and Koboko as municipalities, they are mere political municipalities

The road through needs an upgrade.Too tiny and congested.Boda bodas are a menace.Why don't they build a modern bus town bus service .
