- Im back on the narrowboat on the Stourbridge canal, but on my own. Mum has stayed down Ilfracombe on her own, with Amy to help with her first baby. Dad has gone to work. So I can't head any further. But one of our closest friends, Rodger. Who joined us over the Wash, last year. Just so happens to be at Stouton Junction, just down from me. So he's going to help me with the 16-lock ascent into the metropolis of Birmingham, on the Stourbridge canal.

Want to be careful mooring near where farmers are spraying. Especially now are letting them use glyphosate again.
