    You also add Beetroot to your diet, when you lose excess blood , it helps you to increase blood or hemoglobin , you don't feel fatigue , do exercise everyday , water intake , stop having anything after 6:30 pm , it also helps ,

      Thanks for sharing! Adding beetroot to your diet is a great tip. Its nutritional value, particularly the nitric oxide, can indeed help improve blood flow😉.

    Thank you, Catherine, for the succinct yet thorough video on what to (and what not to) eat as a person with adenomyosis. My OBGYN had recommended the intake of vitamin E, Omega-3, Resveratrol, and astaxanthin, but I didn't know WHY that was important. You've shed light on it, and now I am on a clearer, more grounded path to follow towards a healthy, balanced life.
    Thank you again for the tips!!!

      You really need to think about it and see the pros and cons. U get a hysterectomy and you will be in menopause then you will be given medicine for it. Talk to your doctor, also of you have endo hysterectomy won't fix endo only the adeno. I have both and I don't want a hysterectomy so far I have incorporated more fruits and the veggies. I just have to keep the inflammation down so I have to incorporate food that doesnt cause inflammation

I have already started eating fruits and veges, green smoothies (apple, kiwi, lemon,parsley, mint with honey), I also done my 3 days detox, and drinking tea at after after lunch.. I hope doing it straigth til months will see some improvements. Though eating veges is always a struggles for me, I really tried hard to pair it with fish; if salad and brown bread if curry.

    • @pristinefertility
      @pristinefertility  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there, it's best to discuss with your doctor for any medical concerns. In terms of low blood iron, your wife is more likely to feel tired and fatigue due to the body can't produce enough of red blood cells to carry oxygen around. I would definitely want to treat the underlying cause first.
