You also add Beetroot to your diet, when you lose excess blood , it helps you to increase blood or hemoglobin , you don't feel fatigue , do exercise everyday , water intake , stop having anything after 6:30 pm , it also helps ,
Thanks for sharing! Adding beetroot to your diet is a great tip. Its nutritional value, particularly the nitric oxide, can indeed help improve blood flow😉.

Hi there! I'm not a doctor, but facing a decision like this is incredibly difficult. Adenomyosis treatments can vary from person to person. It's a significant decision and it's absolutely important to discuss all available options, including potential benefits and risks, with your doctor. Sending you support and strength during this time. 💖
You really need to think about it and see the pros and cons. U get a hysterectomy and you will be in menopause then you will be given medicine for it. Talk to your doctor, also of you have endo hysterectomy won't fix endo only the adeno. I have both and I don't want a hysterectomy so far I have incorporated more fruits and the veggies. I just have to keep the inflammation down so I have to incorporate food that doesnt cause inflammation
I have been looking for doctor who wish to do a study on my body to get pregnant. How it can really be cured and help others who are trying to have a baby.
Hi Clarice, agreed! It's important to work with the medical team to get your underlying conditions managed❤ at the same time diet, and lifestyle changes can help improve fertility.
I have adenomyosis, I had 2 days period lasted 25 jan, i still have cramps and today I feel a lot of pain, then started to search in yt about adenomyosis and found you. Hello Miss Core, thank you so much for sharing your journey! It sounds like you're on the right track to me :) Focus on progression, not perfection, and I'm sure you'll start to feel a difference soon.
Cruciferous vegetables contain compounds called goitrogens can potentially interfere with thyroid hormone production. It depends on your thyroid conditions and how much you eat (usually more in the raw form).
Pls call me Catherine😀 I'm not a doctor. Eggs are very nutritious and high in choline. Can include in your diet regularly unless there's any cholesterol concerns.
