Also I think he is getting to the CMD through the Windows Creation Tool, because he mentions go to the USB stick, need a clarification on that please. I did something really stupid, the only account on my PC was my Microsoft account and I had admin rights, went somewhere and changed that account to standard, screwed!
hello, if you still need help, you can do this instead: restart your computer, when it starts loading up (like when the screen turns on and does the process to get you in the actual windows, press power button, repeat till it says please wait or doing automatic repair. Go into troubleshoot, advanced options, cmd prompt, type notepad, save as, change to save as type: to all files, then go into this pc, windows c:. then click windows, then find and open system32, go to cmd and make a copy, then find sethc and rename it to stickykeys, then paste the copy of cmd you have and name the cmd copy sethc. After that, close out of everything without saving, and continue to windows, when your in the screen to sign in, press shift five times, it should pop up with cmd prompt as system32, if not, restart your computer and then press shift five times, should work after that, type in the command prompt this: net user administrators (username) /add (replace username with your username in windows) after that, it should say something like completed, sign into windows and then restart, sign back in and you should have administrator. Hope this helps!
