@@tennisbrothers One leg balance exercises Its one of the secrets to developing a good ball toss in the serve because to serve good and consistently you need good balance. It looks like you got the butt lined up with the incoming ball ok for the backhand slice that's the way I prefer to do it but I like to go more through the ball instead of always across to punch the ball more through the court to put more pace and skid and depth and some buggy whip on it to skim it just over the net and that allows the ball to drive always deep with heavy skid instead of falling short if you try to just float it back, so I don't do that floating slice as I found that float slice like moonballs can turn into sitters if they fall short because players who have fast feet around the court can easily run the floater down and got plenty of time to set up and crush those balls. The forehand and backhand topspin looks solid. I prefer driving them using the butt. Some players still use the strings. But I prefer pronation to drive the ball with.
Since you replied to my concern that recording your journey might be detrimental to the journey itself, stating that it's probably the only way you can make the journey in the first place, my admiration for it all only increased. You are close to pro level (your goal) and living the life of a professional, undeniably so. Good luck!
Good luck on your journey Felix! That being said remember to hydrate as much as possible while taking creatine as not drinking enough water can seriously damage your body. In one of the tournaments I played in the summer a boy on the court next to me collapsed with liver failure because he was taking creatine without drinking nearly enough water.
Lol the amount of extra water 10g of creatine requires is neglible compared to the amount of water you would lose due to sweating. Creatine is very safe.
I highly doubt creatine is the reason for LIVER FAILURE. He probably had other issues he wasn’t aware of. That said, the protocol for creatine is 5g/day with minimum 50oz of water.
Creatine is one of the most, if not THE most researched supplement and considered very safe. I have never heard of a case of liver failure that was caused by creatine and I could not explain how it should cause it. (I'm a med student close to graduation)
Can you make a video about injury prevention and warm ups exercises? I know it is something alot of people want to see and something which will help alot of people like myself. Being injured for the past few months with a shoulder injury, I would love to see how you manage injuries.
Hello Felix! It would be nice to know how you prioritize your calendar. I mean like your tournaments and matches, also including the details with tournament payments, flights, hotels and etc. stuff. What kind of job is it? Very good content and i absolutely "love" to see how far you're going!
You made a good decision shooting for a career in ATP. You have a lot of what it takes to go far, and if you didn’t go for it , you would spend the rest of your life lamenting and wondering how far you may have gone. You will have a sharp mind until you are 80 or so , but right now and for the next 15 years is the ONLY time that your body will be up to the work that it will take to bring you as far as you can go. IF , going pro doesn’t render what you expect , you can then go back to school and earn a degree.
I should start applying this to my Pickleball Routine; the hardest part for me might end up being the dietary portion (funds lol), nice video man! Keep up the grind and kick some ass
Hi Felix. You play great tennis and I enjoy watching your journey. Could you maybe please make a video on how many ATP or ITF points you get depending on what round you make in an ITF tournament? Thank you, and I believe in you.
Great video! Do you do a quick warmup before you stretch in the morning? Doesn’t stretching right after going out of bed lead to injury because your body isn’t fully warmed up ?
Hey tennis Brothers quick question, do you prioritize reps for you workout or high weight low rep. Do you go for strength or endurance with ur lifting?
Sutton Tennis Academy (as it used to be called). Love it. You're in the right area for some strong players. You may know that the Sutton Tennis and Squash Club have VERY strong members, and have won the national teams competition many times. They're 5 minutes away. If you want some strong players to hit with, they can give you a very good hit.
Haha, you coffee cup is from Fortuna Düsseldorf!! How funny is that, I am from Germany too and my family is supporting Düsseldorf for years!! Nice to see that
Hi Felix, I notice you're often training against the same players that are also similar in profile (high ranked juniors). I assume this is because they are available/free. Have you looked into other types of players for casual match play training? Perhaps this is not an option, I'm just wondering.
Hey man. I wish you all the best in your journey. Regarding your workout, I dont like the way you are doing dips. The way you do them puts a lot of pressure in the shoulders, and you can easily injure them (like I have done in the past). When doing dips, you should lean forward. Pretend somehow that you are doing push-ups. This way you keep your shoulders healthy
hey felix, any tips on the itf tennis circuit, started it when i was 15, almost made 5 singles points, but lost to an easy opponent in a very bad score, did manage to make a few doubles points though
I am no pro player (yet) but I think you should keep trying, make sure to write down what went wrong and why you lost the match so you don't make the same mistakes again. Keep trying, never give up! 😄
Friendly heads up, almost certain creatine is on the ATP banned substance list, had an athlete we had to get off it a few years back... Maybe things have changed!
I like the fact, that you're drinking your coffee out of a 2. League german football club mug. ;) It's not even that popular in Germany. Keep up the great work!
See how Ivan moves and stays low - you have to improve that! He moves very good and more efficient! If you dont fix your legs and how you move around it will be hard!! Work on legs strengthening!!! Like Carlitos did!! All tbe best!!
@@tennisbrothers so you are full time on this. Wow man congrats and I will always be there to support you! I will play u in the ATP when we reach there😄

Wow that's a good thing to know. I did not know that creatine had to be taken with good amount of water
Yeah, really important to keep in mind nowadays as temperatures are rising everywhere and droughts are occurring more often

I can build this into one of the next tournament videos. Thanks for the suggestion.
Love to see the incline dumbbell press on there!
Ready for you to make that physical transformation into a beast like carlos Alcaraz! 💪🏼
Great video!
Do you do a quick warmup before you stretch in the morning?
Doesn’t stretching right after going out of bed lead to injury because your body isn’t fully warmed up ?
I’ve been waiting for a video like this!!
As always a great video Felix
You’re inspiring me to work on my terrible flexibility and ankle mobility as another junior tennis player
it is a struggle
Hey tennis Brothers quick question, do you prioritize reps for you workout or high weight low rep. Do you go for strength or endurance with ur lifting?
also interested to know
Also interested in his string tension?

Hey man nice Vid 👍 but static stretching after training doesn't support recovery it actually prevents it.
Love ur vids
I LOVE ur videos bro
Also want to let you know you inspired me to make a tennis focused channel
Let’s go Another video🙌🙌🙌
What tension do you string your rackets at?!
Hi Felix, whats your Forehand grip? Is it possible to show it in one of the videos.

Any reason you use a Dunlop racquet? I’m always curious when people choose Dunlop over the bigger brands
Nice vids man! Say hi to Ivan from me haha
Hi Felix! Great video as always! Can I ask you a few tips for a 16 year old that wants to become a tennis pro?
i would say try to play matches and enjoy the process as much as possible , as this will allow you to work harder for longer
Wow that’s an intense day
How do you pay for all of this?
Let me know if you ever come to US, California area we can train, im also shooting for the ATP dream 12.4 utr
Alcaraz is the new world number 1 and the US open Champion
huge

Keep it up !
hey Felix will Lucian end up doing something similar to this?
Do you actually play with dunlop black widow? Strings in this video look a little different colour wise 👀
I like the form 1:12
Friendly heads up, almost certain creatine is on the ATP banned substance list, had an athlete we had to get off it a few years back... Maybe things have changed!
it is now not banned, i also use a creatine that has been tested by the informed sports act and so has been cleared by WADA as safe and legal to use
@@tennisbrothers that's great! Tons of benifit to it!!
Awesome❤🎉
I like the fact, that you're drinking your coffee out of a 2. League german football club mug. ;)

When can we see another match against raff and you?
What racket do you use, my current racket weights 255 grams and I’m looking for a little heavier racket
Would test some 280 cause 255 Is very low Try 280 than maybe 290 and 295 Wilson blade is a nice racket
You could improve your sleep by going to bed even earlier than 10pm. You might be in bed for 9 hours that way you are getting only 7-8 hours of sleep.
I notice you didn't practice serve. It's such an important shot I'd include it in every session.
Yeah , me also on Dunlop Rackets and rest
How’ve u funded ur journey up to this point.
Did u have another job or was it just from prize money
I was thinking the same thing...
I have been waiting
Let's go Felix!
Hey Felix, maybe I missed another video, but what happened to your brother? Is he still in tennis too?
pomegranate season is coming baby!
What is bro doing at 1:11😂

Have you considered delegating some of your Utube work to another?
yes , in the process right now
10pm to 7pm, no wonder you can run all those balls down
can you tell about your studies
you have contract with dunlop ?
yes
Do you practice Nofap too?
Try eating lunch that doesn't involve so much throw-away plastic. You're a role model. Good luck to you.
Are you a pro or not?
So felix doesn’t do school?
not anymore
