"Okay, boss. We need to hire a whole bunch of new henchmen. I know a super tough group of guys tha..." "Ponytailed dwarf acrobats. And lots of them." "But boss... I..." "Did I fucking stutter?" "O...Okay, boss. Whatever you say."
this game to me is legendary remember playing it non stop and going through a lot of double AA batteries at 8 year old, 27 now and if i played it now i still would be hooked
i got this game on christmas morning and beat it before lunch! :D i love the game regardless and replayed it countless times. i remember the backflip being really tricky to pull off.
+captRhay I actually finally figured how to do the backflip attack. You have to hold down the kick attack (which is the B button) then jump, which is up on the directional pad. You can now do the backflip with ease and repeat it as many times as you want. I use this attack constantly, especially against the bosses. It's really the best attack in the game :)
At the third level, an enemy who ran out of the train sunroof must fight. will get a bomb. The boss also has a bug. When meets him, you on go in to left, and go back, you will find boss get stuck above, you can drop the bomb to kill him!
It only looks like that, in reality, when you don’t know the bosses well enough, they can be pretty hard. Some moves weren’t seen in this video because the player was too experienced for the bosses so they could not show everything they can do.
@@nichts_als_die_Wahrheit I also had a lot of trouble with the last boss as a kid, until I realized I had to spam hits on him quickly before he gets a chance to fly kick me.
Its hard to see, but the last boss has a special attack where he makes a jump kick with both feed, taking off two whole bares when he hits ... in rare cases he will just pummel you to death with a few of this kicks in quick succession ... Like most gameboy games this one was badly balanced, but once you knew how it worked it was easy.
Pretty short play-through, LOL! Not as good as "Double Dragon" on GameBoy, but it doesn't look that horrible. Reminds me of the old "Vigilante" beat-em-up from the later 1980s.
joder que recuerdos!!! lo encontre!! estoy seguro que rza se baso en esta meodia para el tema de la pelea contra los 88 locos de kill bill, increible lo que hacian con tantas limitaciones musicalmente
The first boss -you just go straight don't go back... Just go to him and hit him once and go to him he can't hit you when you are touching him :) The first level is 100% flawless
@bl00derly I don't remeber him being in my experence it's just all a mater of timing I think if oyu don't get your tactics right on one it looks difficult.
ok gameboy game basicley this is kung fu nes game for the gameboy i like nes version better but this aint bad the graphics are good the music ok the gameplay alright overall i give this 7 punches out of 10
This is actually the first game I've ever played. All the sounds are so nostalgic!
It was my only game and i finish it every day just before go to school
do you remember the part where there were very close walls that you could wall jump infinitely and the ninja guy that could do the same?
hehe cute story. but why was it your only game :( ?
Eines meiner ersten videospiele überhaupt ich hab es heute noch allein wegen der end music einfach nur geil
i'm detecting a serious lack of backflip here....
F**K YEAH
xD
Mein erstes Spiel, was ich damals zum Gameboy bekommen habe :) unzählige Male durchgespielt... einfach geil

Amazing how such a simple concept has entertained us all day long✌
oh boy, the boss fight music sent me back to season holidays almost 30 years ago, wow, thanks for the upload
Same here brother
This was a real gem :) Used to play it all the time.

Amine Anons = moron.
Pax Humana = moron. See how that works?
Even Frogger is better than Call of Duty...
Sin micropagos COMPLETE GAME
Missing more backflips - i loved this game :)

I am 27 now and loved that game as a 8yo 😂
Nostalgia...

Short but sweet. Fun game!
one of the best video games ever made
i love how, when you are on the train, the poles the train passes move faster than the bullets from the ninjas weapons :D
Stage 1 stick gangster
Stage 2 can shooter
Stage 3 flame shooter
Stage 4,5Mantis Chen
Stage 6 Master X
Enemies all stage
-Gangster Combat
-wu yenlong
Loved to play that game back in '98
brings back so many fond memories of playing this on the gameboy!
I remember as a kid thinking the last boss from this was fucking solid, this made him look pretty lame tbh
What a blast from the past...
You know you're an absolute failure at life when you have a chain saw and lose a fight to some dude that is completely unarmed.
Lol savage but true 😂😂😂😂😂😭😥💯👍🏾.
That music.. the ending…❤😢
I don't remember the game being this short 😆
Me neither^^
first game i played in game boy and generally in my life...brings tears to my eyes :)

This is the shortest longplay I have ever seen. This looks like a great game with good music.

That item pick up noise is very "Action 52"
Was this the GameBoy equivalent of the NES Kung Fu game?? Getting MAJOR Déja Vu vibes here
So Thomas doesn't even Rescue Silvia in this one?
this is perhaps the world's easiest game

@@masterpc-9845x the chainsaw guy is more challenging than the rest of the bosses, he should have been the final boss
Can this game be played on the game boy color?
Very first game i ever finished!!!
Good music. 👍
How did I not know about this game until now?!?!?!
That OST is still glorious.
I found this game at school in the library, found the cartridge in a book, never know why and how :D but i was happy since i haven't many games.
DO THE BACKFLIP!!!
A lot more fun action than the arcade version!
4:28 - I always thought those little guys are doing something... DIRTY when they grab you like that.
5:01 dude had to commit suicide before even fighting 😂
Memories...❤🎮
Starburst and Starspike. Two of the most identical bosses in the history of video games.
The game should've been called *Kung-Fu Master Zero.*
Why
@@FF7TlFALOCKHART
Because it's nothing like the original Arcade/Famicom version.
I had this growing up as one of my first gameboy games. I hate this game LOL
This is MUCH HARDER than the japanese version Spartan X
8 minutes haha I would have been pissed if I bought this game back in the days and finished it in 8 minutes
Wahnsinn da werden alte Erinnerung wach hatte den spiel vergessen
Ach ja, das erinnert mich an Zeiten ...
Bin ich hier der einzige, der deutsch spricht?
Nice Gameplay !!

Any names of the bosses? I wanted to know who’s who?
Spartan x gb ver use hero from game of death but use stage from wheels on meal
*Kung-Fu Master by World of Longpla.. of Shortplays ;-)*
L'un de mes premiers jeu gameboy 🤣
LOL the music
6:35 The final Boss is such a joke.
HAHAHA!!! ROFL
Not when you play it yourself. Everything looks easy from an armchair, doing nothing.
Omfg i use to have a game with a button on it that changes the games n this was in it. Never thought id see this again
so, the boss with a saw is the first and the hardest ?
who did balance this game difficulty ?
Express raider
0:52 Jason Voorhees is a boss in this game?
daaamn.. nostalgia

I love the music
This KIND OF reminds me of Spartan X 2 or Kung-Fu 2 for the NES
I remember this. It wouldve been a whole lot better if it was longer
omg ! Childhood !
I still have this game and play in my Game Boy :D
Do you have a US version of the games manual? If so would you be willing to sell it? Need for my game museum.
Still don‘t Know how backflip works 😂. OMG what a childhood.
You press kick then quickly press up

My 1st GB game.
Too easy to finish.
They totally ripped off Vigilante for Turbo Grafix. And it can be beaten in 8 minutes? What a ripoff.
Both made by the same company. Agree that any game that can be completed that quickly with no other features is a ripoff though.
@Malcon431 nö - warum :-)
definitely not like this guy here xD trick: just keep walking forward until you are touching him and then do single hits
