Hi, I was hired in Jan-2020 directly from India through a company visa for 2 years contract. In my contract, a clause is clearly mentioned, “contract will renewed if both parties desired." However, my iqama has been renewed to another one year without opinion now it is 8 months after my contract completion. In this situation, I got another opportunity Therefore, my question is 1. If my new employer request through Qiwa does it required my current employer approval, 2. If my current employer deduct any cost on end service benefits, is it legal? 3.
