I bet it’s the same backhoe attachment your bigger tractor has just without the seat. This seat spins around. I didn’t work it any just fixed it up for him. It had a crack in the front axle I found and fixed in the next video. Thanks for watching!

The Neal's filter video was one of the first Messick's videos I watched. Convinced me to buy Kubota filters. BTW, Messick's usually has a 10% off sale on preventive maintenance supplies in Dec/Jan time frame. Did you see his video about the stolen track-steer? Crazy!

Glide Shifts are smooth once you get accustomed to them. I try to predict what gear I need before going up steep inclines to avoid the sudden jolts. I been having difficulty lately putting grease in the fitting on the right front axle case on my Kubota tractor. Have you ever encountered this?
No I haven’t! If it’s where the steering knuckle is try jacking that wheel of the ground and see what happens. They also make tools to unclogged fittings. Thanks
I pretty much just stick with hay other then garden crops for us to use. Im wanting to do some no till over seeding this spring on my hay fields with timothy and clover. Thanks for watching!
Thanks for the video. I picked up an L39 with 280 hours. I have never had a tractor before so I am learning all I can about this one. Dropped the backhoe this week. It had never been off before. Put on a box scraper. The hitch control level is very stiff. Once it moves it overshoots the setting you want. I am hoping just the linkage is stiff from lack of use. Any tips on that would be appreciated. Thanks! Oh, and how do you reset the "Wrench" alert on the dash?
On the lever I’d spray the joints good with lubrication of some type and it will eventually loosen up. I’m not sure how to reset the wrench alert on the dash. Appreciate you watching and good luck with your machine!
Did you do something special to lock the hydraulics up while working on it? I'd be concerned about working underneath the front boom like that.
Just locked the handle so it can’t be moved.

Great video, but where is the fill port for the hydraulic fluid? Is it the one in the back by the dip stick?
I think so but can’t remember. I was only around this machine the one time.

There are a lot of drain plugs on those tractors. I learned a lot watching this video. My John Deere 770 only has one hydraulic filter.
