Hi Anna. I’ve not forgot about you I’m just having a hard time keeping up. One of my sons will be home at the end of the month. He lives over 2,000 miles away and just gets to come home for a couple weeks in the summer and a month at Christmas. I’ve been getting his bedroom ready and planning all his favorite meals when he gets home. I’m hoping to make some meals ahead and freeze them. I hope you and your son are doing ok. Have you ever considered getting a panini press? They work great for quesadillas. I just use one at a time and fold them in half. I also like mine for frozen burgers. I get frozen turkey burgers from Kroger. Very quick and easy
